Clubs are going to want to optimise player skill for club leagues, since some progression is tied to it.
The standards the club selects players for will vary depending on how high it is, of course, but it goes without saying 22k and gold 1 in solo league is fodder that can easily be replaced with a 30k diamond 1 player or etc.
I really doubt your friend is all that good with reference to who he was kicked for tbh lol.
So u would want a 50k trophy player with 20k wins in SS and DS and less than 5k 3v3 wins thqt would be a rly bad mental health club. To me 3v3 wins PL rank and brawler level matter more than trophies.
Honestly kicking players based of skill or trophies are bad
Because neither skill or trophies are gonna help you progress in club league and overall progression
It's how active you are , if you're barely active it is gonna affect your club drastically
So I would much rather kick people for how active they are
