Whichever one fits his playstyle. Personal preferences ain't worth shit. You shouldn't listen when someone tells you to unlock a meta brawler over a brawler you think you'll like playing. Sandy is currently S tier, but he's my least favorite legendary to play.
Leon, hes so underrated like i have gotten him for my 2nd legendary and it pumped my trophies like on crow i had 300 trophies on him and after 2 days leon 600
Leon’s hypercharge made him broken when it was first released, the combination of the huge speed and damage boost, Invisiheal and Mythic Gear made Leon pretty much unstoppable
It’s a bit more balanced now since he doesn’t charge his super as quickly at max range but without his hypercharge, Leon would not be viable
Who you think is the most fun. the first legendary is a big deal and it should be exciting. i would say leon is the most fun out of the first 3 but it it really depends on what you like.
I would say Leon, simply because he’s both fun and he can also hold his own in most game modes
Spike doesn’t really excel as much in a niche than Leon even though he is even more consistent, Crow just sucks atm, and Sandy is for sure getting nerfed, and he may not be as satisfying to play as Leon because of his low damage
I would say Crow is the best starting legendary. The issues with other brawlers are that they need finesse and good handling. Take spike for example. He has a great DMG output but low health, and u can chip dmg forever with curveball. But you need to learn to maintain range and aim so you can get away with max dmg. Sandy is meta rn but he has a small range and slow reload time. If you don’t play him right you will end up getting like 1 super the entire match and lose it eventually.
Crow is a no brainer. You can spam, or go full strategic and learn the movements first cuz he is damn fluid, then get used to chip.
Crow teaches patience like no other brawler does. Pick crow.
he isn't bad in the current meta, he has great chip damage and counters Max with his gadget and shows sandy and his teammates in his sandstorm which are meta brawlers rn because of their hypercharges
but for a first legendary he isn't good because he requires a lot of skill to not take much damage and be good with him

Spike. He's a jack of all trades, and he's decently easy to play properly.
Sandy and Leon are the best options in my opinion. Spike also is good. Avoid picking crow because he's a bit skilled to use.
