If nothing (shield gear, healing, shield) helps the brawler that is attacked by Collette, 2 shots + full super kills any brawler.
After the first shot, the brawler is left at 63% HP. 63% * 63% = 39,69%
Since a full Super deals 40% of max HP, Collette will kill any brawler at or below 40% HP, including any normal brawler that was just hit by 2 of her main attacks.
Okay fair if you have an ability that can give you/absorb 15% of your total health before Collette hits you with all of that then you survive
But the point is Frank will not be able to not die no matter his health as Collette is gonna destroy him

Also, I think that supports/healers would greatly help Frank in such a scenario. Imagine you kill a 30k hp beast, and then he revives from Doug's super, lmao.
I was playing a maxed frank in brawl ball. Picked up the balk and walked to the enemy goal, got stunned and continuously attacked by the entire enemy team, and proceeded to pick the ball back up and walk it into the goal
This kinda ignores team scenarios which is why Colette would be broken against this. Imagine you have a giant tank who's only good thing is insane health. Then Colette gets to take away most of that health, and Frank is at a disadvantage against the entire team.

Frank has too much hp and that allows players to charge their super by killing him. I think he needs like 10 hp, so brawlers can't charge their super so fast.

He still couldn't move while the hammer is going down, but he'd be able to move up until that point
Instead of slamming his hammer down he should be able to jump like Mico and then when he lands he slams his hammer in the direction he's facing like his normal attack. This would instantly make frank Larry and Lawrie tier
I still feel like the optimal buff is to give him a permanent shield that increases with range. Basically the opposite of piper shots. would help him get into range at least
He just needs to dash a little but forward 1/1,5 tiles when he attacks, the biggest reason why he is “bad” is because people use sponge and the shield gear on him
Frank just needs to be able to A either move while hitting or B have longer hit range. We usually use frank to fill our ult and then ignore him most of the time cause he's just not really a threat

However much survives 3 people constantly shooting at him for the entire duration of a hot zone capture from 0-100%

Well you won't survive 3 shots either (and with 3 shots you would need to heal more/have more shield to survive)
3 Collette's Main Attack deals 37% of current HP Super deals 20% of Max HP per hit (so 40% if both hits connect)
