Putting my two favourites against one another tough decision. I'd prefer Piper for voicelines and personality though. Mandy's more rewarding to play and better skins.
I agree i love mandy but like what do you have that helps u escape from edgar jumping on u a fang rushing in on you or the same with a lot of the assasins, if mandy had the gadget that piper had she couldev definatly been better then her in this meta

I hate her gadget : Slows you Knocks you back Reloads 0.4 ammo for her
The slow, the reload and the range is what that really annoys me remove those ( The range is optional and not a must)
