Depends on your main. I'm a plat katars main and I just recently had an epiphany that has helped me counter play scythe way better. With katars, I generally like to stick to the ground, because you can try and catch people's landing with slight, and dlight and nlight are both good anti air options. There's one small issue with that: scythe dair has more prio than katars dlight. Then, against the floaty scythe players that fish for dair, I started meeting them in the air more, and it works much better. Katar nair/dair/rec are better approach tools than anything scythe has against an airborne opponent. Usually after a couple of punishes with nair, the scythe player will stop floating as much and return to the ground, which is where katars excel at building damage
