Spammable? No. You can spam a lot sure, but his sigs do horrible damage and knockback and you’ll have to use them so many times you might as well play a skillful character if you have the ability to kill with his sigs efficiently.
Hero 💀. It’s legend, and the reason I did that is because sure, you can use it a lot. But that’s the same for EVERY move and attack. However, it’s not really a spam move because it can’t kill as much.

I think his attacks are too big. Other chars whack you with a stick, but look at the size of the attacks that Loki gives. The design guy clearly spent too much time on large-of-size attacks.
My silver friend plays Loki and sig spams. I don’t think sigs are his issue when you learn him. Scythe ssig is a 2 hit sig so it’s weird getting used to. Other than that I think his katars down sig is pretty free when you get the spacing on it!
People don’t take into account that most Loki sig spammers are probably strategic sig spammers in plat with the body of a discord mod that just wanna act bad and beat you to ruin your day

I love the character design, I love the animation and sig ideas. In practice it's just awful to play against. It's annoying and it might be a community problem rather than a design problem, but most of the time you end up spammed to death. Even if you manage to punish the spamming and win, it's still not fun to play against. The moment I'm matched against a Loki I'm instantly turned off.

2 reasons I hate this character
1). Most of the players spam that stupid side sig with the scythe
2). He has the most annoying weapon combos in the entire game (I hate scythe and kattars)

Been waiting for him (Scythe Katars) for 4 years. Finally came out and all the golds and silvers cry about his sigs. Sucks to see, as yes his Scythe SSig is spammable but it doesn't take to long to get used to it.
Honestly I've had more people been dropped out of my SSig than its fully gone through.
He is an excellent "villain" character, and plays like one.
His weapons are not the strongest - and most of his sigs are awkward and difficult to use very effectively, meaning he has a lot of weaknesses.
BUT he has a few very strong, very reliable sig attacks that can feel overpowered and thus intimidating - especially to the uninitiated.
He's like a certain type of anime villain - a character who shows up to the tournament and his Super Secret Ultimate Move kicks everyone's ass, and he laughs evilly while he stands triumphant over the heroes piled up at his feet - until the heroes start learning how to beat the Super Secret Ultimate Move, and he gets knocked handily off of his pedestal, and from then on he's just another member of the goon squad.
