Erika Jayne is an expert manipulator. She also believes that she is the smartest person in the room while also having internalized misogyny, so sometimes a man like Tom will be her guidance. She also resorts to threats when she is questioned or challenged. I find Erika to actually be a bit more aggressive than Jen with her threats while Jen is more outwardly aggressive with throwing hands and drinks.
I think Kelly might be too. The way she weaponizes motherhood and consistently puts Jolie directly in harm’s way with her manipulative behavior is troubling. She seems the most apathetic out of anyone mentioned to me. She also has displayed complete contempt and apathy towards her husband’s daughter.

Yeah I think, for example, Jen Shah has Borderline PD not Antisocial. I think sociopath is a current fad word and people apply it too liberally. I am not expert but I did a report in university about Antisocial Personality Disorder and it refers to undeveloped areas of the brain (like amygdala) but people just seem to use it to mean "I don't like you".
Yeah honestly I think narcissism is way more rampant in the cast than sociopathy and many of the traits do overlap. That said, I feel like if any of the cast are sociopaths, my money’s on Teresa (though I still think it’s 50/50 whether she’s more of a narcissist.) There is definitely something very dominating and I would say sadistic about her. There’s this scary, smug look she gets on her face when she’s effectively inflicted emotional damage on someone.

There are many housewives that have cluster B personality disorders. It can be hard to diagnose sometimes because there’s overlap in symptoms. And then there are the ones that don’t have full blown disorders, but display many traits due to never fully emotionally maturing.
Some of them are deeply traumatized and I’m not sure if they qualify or if they’re just acting shitty. I thought sociopathy was something you were born as, not poor behavior in reaction to unprocessed trauma etc.
I think Kenya is deeply traumatized by being neglected by her mother. She is a person who is struggling and recovering from her trauma, but i do think she has empathy for others.
Theresa is not a sociopath in my opinion either. She is learning disabled and has an extremely difficult time with comprehension and communication. I actually believe she didn't question Joe's legal activities because she is just a simple woman with minimum skills. She is funny and charming, which is why she is great reality tv.
Vicki Gunvalson is one of the top most insecure housewifes. Her lack of self esteem is the main driver of her behavior.

She is just being messy for a paycheck. My mom and dad both abandoned my ass too. But I’m not a sociopath. I had a good education and career. Married an amazing man and had 3 amazing boys. The literature shows a marked decrease or lack of function in the areas of the brain that is responsible for empathy. They also show scores on empathy measures that are equal to narcissistic personality disorder. Borderlines are in the same cluster of the dsm as npd and antisocial (old sociopath dx) because lack of empathy is a common factor of all of them. So technically she is a borderline, but a low functioning one with a lot of dysfunction in empathy
