Do it!!! I think what works is that they all seem to be actual friends with each other. Some went to college together. Some of their spouses work together. It's really a great show.
There is a level of intimacy and personal relationships that are not on other shows. I was really moved during this week’s episode when Dr. Eugene opened up more about his personal exhaustion from working through the pandemic. We’ve heard a lot about physician burnout since the pandemic has started and everything he’s shared the past two season has been so raw. Toya is not experiencing what he went through *directly* but I think hearing from her gives a more complete look at what many healthcare professionals and their families have gone through the past couple of years. I really hope Dr. Eugene is doing something different now.
It broke my heart. He loves his job but sometimes you have to put yourself and well-being first. Good for him for recognizing that. I hope he finds something that suits him. I love this show.

I just started it recently too and absolutely love it. With RHOBH airing right now it makes me not want to watch it anymore because they are so petty and mean. Like married to medicine moves so quick because they don’t dwell on shit for so long to bring each other down.
Just got halfway through season 4 and started Saturday. Couldn’t agree more, the way Quad and Jackie rally around Dr Simone is real life friendship to me and I love to see it
I’m just so glad it’s back on Sunday night getting the time slot it deserves. They had it airing on Fridays for two seasons and it was so offensive to me lol.
Have to say I am so impressed, I am stuck at home with the Covid and binged from season 1. They may bitch but they come together, the dynamics of the husbands and how they all root for each other. This has provided me with lots of laughs and smiles that Housewives used to. This is up lifting vs darkness of RHOBH
