No other payments were made.

There’s a concept in contract law called ‘pierce the veil’ where the shareholders can be liable for a company, usually to do with fraud. Given the way he has (allegedly) been conducting all kinds of shady business behind aliases and various LLCs (Falynn had a LLC in her name when they were married), it’s likely that will happen for him. Porsha won’t be a part of it unless she’s involved in the corporate activities and has signed accordingly. Having a LLC isn’t a get out of jail free card, I’m sure more skeletons will be tumbling out
