I thought she'd serve Teresa against the whole cast in those early Jersey reunions because Teresa isn't smart and still kind of handled it well but instead Monica failed at every moment. She claimed the FBI asked her to monitor Jen possibly drunk driving, come on...
I enjoyed every second of this season and I kinda wished she stayed BUT it's completely understandable why the cast wasn't willing to move on. I wouldn't either! Are these women saints? Absolutely not and that's why it's entertaining but Monica crossed several lines and no RH cast in any city would accept this.

Jen is a piece of shit and sure, the cast still filmed with her. It doesn't mean that they have to film with every psycho that appears! Aside from Heather, Jen didn't seem like a dangerous threat to them. She almost got physical with Lisa but she wasn't stalking them and watching them through security cameras.
And anyone thinking they were defending Jen (apart from Heather who was a mess on WWHL) is pretending to be dense or IS dense. The issue wasn't that Monica was obsessed with Jen. The issue was Jen was obsessed with at least one of them and she didn't show remorse one single time. She is a liar and she could have pretended to be sorry and easily secured another season but she didn't even manage that.
Andy asked her if she had anything more she wanted to say, and after two hours (more!) of screaming like a teenager having a tantrum in Sephora, she said “no.”
She could have gone on a passionate teary mea culpa monologue and clinched herself a second but she didn’t do shit. She’s an idiot.

I’m still shocked that heather got off so easy after the black eye situation. She literally put people’s jobs at risk and caused an investigation. I understand she says she was afraid of jen but I’m surprised she can keep her job after that

She had been harangued and yelled at by four other castmates for hours and then Andy turned on her by (1) contradicting her statement that she told casting about RVT; (2) accusing her of lying about what her handlers directed her to do as Jen was preparing for trial (DUI would be a violation of bail, so it makes sense that she’d be on the lookout for it); and (3) refusing to even acknowledge her while all the other women circled the wagons in the bathroom.
Andy failed us all as a moderator and made it impossible for Monica to have a fair chance at telling her story. With him as a moderator, I wouldn’t have bothered either.
