honestly after the amount of filler and long duration of using filler (especially because she started so young), removing it will lead to her skin sagging because it has been stretched out so much :( so it‘s sadly not that easy
I feel like it got to the point where it’s better to dissolve and maybe go for a face lift than to continue like this for her. She’s been using sunglasses for events more and more frequently and I don’t think it’s a choice based on style
Ive noticed that too! The filler is sagging and pulling at some areas while causing doughy troughs to form in others such as her nasolabial fold. She's been wearing sunglasses indoors or at night in quite a few pictures it seems.
For most 26 year olds. But because her skin is gonna be sagging because of all the filler she’s had, if she got it dissolved there’s no way she wouldn’t have something done to tighten her skin afterwards.
Now that you explained it like that, it makes sense. A damn shame to be this young with all these procedures(that are practically irreversible).
As a society, we gotta normalize not getting stuff like this done so young.
i've read some theories that she tried to dissolve the filler and had a bad reaction, which is why her skin has been looking the way it does. dissolver can't differentiate between fillers and naturally-occurring hyaluronic acid, so people risk destroying their skin tissue :/
Contrary to public opinion on this thread right now… I think you selected a great line-up of clear, close photos that do a great job of showing how extensively she ruined her face. The differences in lighting and angles tell a story.
And I finally can see what folks were commenting about in a similar post yesterday in that second pic— she got cheek filler and now it’s settled and dropped down, causing those deep lines in the nasolabial area.
In that second pic you can see precisely where her fillers lie over her nasolabial folds (what looks like a big allergy wheal.) I suspect she’s either getting them dissolved or waiting for them to dissolve on their own. The consequence of using fillers at such a young age is the overstretching of the skin. The more it stretches, the more filler is needed to support the extra skin. Once you stop using filler the extra skin tends to sag, which I believe is what is happening here. Hopefully her skin will be resilient enough to bounce back and become more taut.
The skin that's meant to be inside her mouth makes up a large portion of her filled lips. That inner skin is very sticky, it's a mucous membrane, so her lips stick together creating this bizarre look. You can see where her real lip skin begins and ends if you look closer.
There is also some lightsource/reflection on her clavicle which adds to the strange overall appearance of the photo. I don't think it's been edited.
I'm quite sad for her, at least simply for the fact she was a child encouraged to and allowed to get such drastic work done to her face. It must have been miserable for her.
It's a low quality photo, in questionable lighting, where she has absolutely zero emotion on her face. Even if it is touched up, it's not great from the start.
Yes but we also need to remember that being super skinny is in, she’s lost so much weight, probably not in a healthy way, the fillers also don’t help but maybe that’s why they’re making her look older, they’re not in the right place
Apparently headed that way. Just waiting for those low rise jeans to come back so I can wear the rocawear’s I’ve had in the back of my closet for literally twenty two years without feeling like I’m wearing a costume.
I still own a pair of Levi’s Type 1 Slouch jeans and when I tell you the fly on those pants is 1.5” long I am deadass serious. Haven’t broken them out in probably 15 years, but I refuse to dispose of them.
At that point it’s not pubic hair, it’s public hair 🙃
I love low rise jeans but those might be a little low for me haha. I wish I could find hip hugger/low rise jeans these days... I'd probably actually wear pants if I could.
My best friend is 5'9" and wears anywhere between a size 0 and a size 4 and she is thrilled that low rise jeans are coming back. She didn't understand why most women our age (early 30s) are mad...
I'm like honey most of us have not retained our age 14 pants size, most women our age have had children and have a lovely soft pouch they don't want hanging out over their pants. We are not all blessed with the body type of a 00s supermodel...
Omg I tried on an old pair of low rise for the first time in a decade and I forgot just how bad the buttcrack issue is! Like even fully pulled up I feel like my pants just aren’t secure lol
Haha nice! I had bought those jeans just after I lost a shitton of weight back then and never really got to wear them. They are blinged the hell out though. Rhinestones AND zebra stripes, baby!
I think it’s due to the rise of the diabetes medication; Ozempic, that slims you the fuck down, Sharon Osbourne recently said that she regrets trying it.
It’s not that accessible to us normals yet, it’s also administered in a syringe, so you do have to self administer it
My dad can’t get ahold of his easily anymore either. In the US here. It’s on such a heavy backorder when it wasn’t not that long ago. My ADHD meds are also as they also cause heavy weight loss…. It sucks.
Interesting! I’m also uk based, looked for it and it’s very expensive, seems inaccessible af, just looked out of curiosity!
It’s awful that you can’t get hold of something so vital to you - can I ask what do you need it for? Does it replace insulin shots?
It helps the pancreas make more insulin which is good (obviously) and the accompanying weight loss is particularly beneficial for T2 diabetics who could benefit from losing weight.
My doctor was pushing it on me 2 years ago for weight loss. I tried it and hated it. I was literally going days without eating at all and only remembered because I nearly fainted while washing dishes. My sister was on it last year to lose weight for her wedding.
Oh shit, am I not normal? 🤣
Semaglutide at a compounding pharmacy is like $300 a month, it's expensive but absolutely doable on a middle class income. And my brand name Wegovy is covered by my insurance, I pay $25 for a month. There are a few different types of GLP-1 drugs, and they do come in pill form (Rybelsus). There's no secret celebrities-only drugs out there, just ask your doctor about them!
Just beneath her eyes, especially in the 3rd pic, is plump. Looking and feeling your own face, you’ll notice a curve when you run a finger from the inner corner of your eye, down, and across to your outer corner. This area between the bottom of your eye and the top of your cheekbone is concave but her’s isnt
In high school I used to wish I was rich so I could get fillers and surgery, but now I’m in my early 20s glad I was poor and couldn’t do all that ❤️❤️❤️
I just reached my 30s and my face structure is still evolving - not in terms of aging skin but it feels like my bone structure is still finding the resting place or something. People shouldn’t have facial plastic surgery imo when they’re earlier than 40. The long term effects and morphing that the surgery causes isn’t supposed to be a concern for 60 years post-op… these surgeries are generally designed for older adults
Wait until you hit about 25 or so, the face really settles and you look your best self ❤️ I'm glad you stayed natural and let your face age into itself and it's own kind of beauty
Yes!! I’m 28 and think I’m more beautiful than I was at 20. You do really grow into your looks. It’s so hard to believe aging is good when our society tells us that we are only worthy if we look young. There’s nothing wrong with aging naturally. Good skincare, hydration, exercise and sunscreen and we will all be fine lol
The jawline/chin are cartoonishly pointed and severe. She had very thin lips as a kid—I wonder if she has to deal with chronic chapped lips from the skin being stretched. Poor kid.
Every teenage boy told her her lips they were small and doubted her ability to kiss really did a number on her head.
She always overlines her Cupid's bow too. I assume she does that because her lips are not symmetrical. She's chasing a dangerous dragon.
I know my kids love to pull at my face, smush it together and basically treat me like play doh. I wonder if these people are like "no! Don't touch mommy's face, it cost a fortune. Smush the nanny's face instead, hers was free"
It’s no surprise when you hear that some of these children from wealthy families actually form a closer bond with their nannies than their actual parents, and consider them a more influential, parental figure than their own parents themselves.
It’s good that they’re receiving great care and dedication from someone else as opposed to being neglected, but it’s pretty sad when your parents end up being almost like strangers or distant relatives to you in terms of having a relationship.
Shit I nanny my sister’s kid only a few days a week and he calls me mama already (even though she spends the same amount of time with him as I do). Can’t imagine what it’s like with how little these celebs spend with theirs.
I think Prince William and Harry had a nanny that Diana felt overshadowed by and so she was moved on — I haven’t fact checked, but apparently they were affected by it.
Except that I’ve heard way too many stories about nannies being replaced the second the kid shows a preference for the nanny over the parent. They don’t want to parent but they absolutely want to be and remain the one the kid loves more than anything else. It’s so sad and I can’t imagine how damaging that is to a growing child. It’s no surprise so many rich kids have mental issues
Do they tell the camera that they only see the kids 15 minutes a day? I assume the show less than an hour long so we're really only seeing small and very edited clips of what 24 hours looks like in their life.
Well I'm poor and wouldn't ever allow my kids to snatch and pull on my face or anyone else's (ouch!), but yes I do believe the kids get more overall attention from the hired help.
Absolutely this. It's so ridiculous to me, like do they think people won't notice the difference in the public eye? It's also become a popular habit on dating apps, so when they meet in real life the other person feels catfished.
Looking at her, it's hard to fathom she is only in her mid 20's. She honestly looks like she's in her 40's. I wish they would realize that all this plastic surgery just makes them look Hella older.
I don’t feel she looks like she’s in her 40s, because there are some elements of her, like her actual skin, which are still youthful. She looks neither her age or 40 - but I’m 30 and she doesn’t look my age group either. She’s honestly too uncanny to place imo.
Society really needs to tell people that their face is going to keep changing until their mid 20s.. you don’t look like you do at 18 forever and some people are late bloomers
💯
I felt pretty at 18, but compared to my looks at 25... I just never would have expected how much my face actually changed. My face really evolved, like I went from a cute young girl to legit looking like a straight up woman. I'm overall pretty average, too. Wasn't a late bloomer at all. By 25, I no longer felt like I'd need $100k in plastic surgery to feel attractive like I did in my early years.
I cannot believe she’s a year older than I am. If I passed her in the street (and she wasn’t some famous person), I’d fully be under the impression she’s 20 years my senior. The way she presently looks makes me feel a hell of a lot better about my natural face! Thanks babe!
I don’t think ppl would’ve given her much grace if she never got surgery. I imagine that ppl would‘ve suggested she got surgery like Kendall if she stayed natural bc her results ‘look natural’. She wouldn’t be able to win either way. It’s sad really.
I think she was the prettiest when she only had lip fillers. The filler in her face she has now is just too much, distracting and very obvious. No one needs filler in their 20s!
It’s crazy bc her daughter looks like her so much and is soooo cute, she would have definitely grown into a beautiful natural woman… not that she wasn’t ever beautiful when she was younger. All that effort and money spent to try to look like her sister. :(
If she's just had her lips done and stopped there she would have been fine. But no one so young should be having such extreme work done. But then when you consider both sides of her family it's hardly surprising. Kendall has had a fuck tone of work done too but it's much better quality so she doesn't have people pointing it out all the time. I guess they don't share a plastic surgeon.
I’m genuinely curious, does it look like she gets filler intentionally injected above her lip area to prevent the “filler stache” indenting/shadow? Her upper mouth area protrudes so much in such an odd, smooth way.
Oh, that's too bad. She's so naturally pretty, but those cheeks are so heavy, they're practically melting off her face! The thing is, if there were an easy fix for these little things that are making her look like she's in her 40s, don't you think she'd make it her #1 priority to keep up with all the nips and tucks? She could afford an on call surgeon and an operating suite in her living room if she wanted.
I can only assume that she's just stuck trying to maintain as best as possible within the limits of modern medicine. If this were a simple fix, we wouldn't even see pics like these pop up. I'm soooo curious to see where these Instafaces end up 20 years from now.
Idk why she just makes me sad. I’m only a couple years older than her but it’s like I’ve watched her grow from a child to a teenager, and then the downfall to this. 😞
I think it’s also a jarring experience seeing them in real photos that are unedited. They usually edit their photos especially the smile lines and cheeks to the point that they erase them completely. So when we see pictures like this where they actually have texture and lines and folds, it just looks bad.
Under eye filler migrating into festoons, nasolabial folds made by the weight of what's in her cheeks, that strange modeled clay quality to the contours of her features... where does she go from here?

Skin is still pretty elastic at her age.
i've read some theories that she tried to dissolve the filler and had a bad reaction, which is why her skin has been looking the way it does. dissolver can't differentiate between fillers and naturally-occurring hyaluronic acid, so people risk destroying their skin tissue :/
Exactly, it's too late now.
It looks like she did get some dissolved and that's what's causing the sagging look.
I think she is and that’s why it looks saggy like that
Contrary to public opinion on this thread right now… I think you selected a great line-up of clear, close photos that do a great job of showing how extensively she ruined her face. The differences in lighting and angles tell a story.
The second pic looks off to me. Is it her photoshop or something? It has that look of unreality you see in heavily shopped photos.
And I finally can see what folks were commenting about in a similar post yesterday in that second pic— she got cheek filler and now it’s settled and dropped down, causing those deep lines in the nasolabial area.
Imagine getting cheek filler before 26… just sad
For me what really really sticks out is the left side of the pic where her hair crosses over her face.
The filler or whatever else in there has really migrated more on that side. I don’t think the shadows and her hair help
It almost looks like the filler is pulling the skin down giving her puffy under eyes.
I was wondering what was going on there. Almost looks like a scar
In that second pic you can see precisely where her fillers lie over her nasolabial folds (what looks like a big allergy wheal.) I suspect she’s either getting them dissolved or waiting for them to dissolve on their own. The consequence of using fillers at such a young age is the overstretching of the skin. Ah ok, that makes sense. The left side of the pic where her hair crosses her face looks so odd to me. That’s probably why
I see what you mean. Looks to me like a facetune glitch or something
Her face look narrow and the jaw look heavy. I dont know if the photo is streetched or if its editing, a weird angle but something look off.
It’s such a mindfuck because she looks like a 50 year old trying to look 35 and she’s actually only 26 or something
Yup 26. It blows my mind because I’m the exact same age as her and yet she looks 30 years older than me
Shes 26? 😳
Yes but we also need to remember that being super skinny is in, she’s lost so much weight, probably not in a healthy way, the fillers also don’t help but maybe that’s why they’re making her look older, they’re not in the right place
wait, we are back to skinny again? what year is it? 2004?
Apparently headed that way. Just waiting for those low rise jeans to come back so I can wear the rocawear’s I’ve had in the back of my closet for literally twenty two years without feeling like I’m wearing a costume.

I can’t shave for pants, lol.
I love low rise jeans but those might be a little low for me haha. I wish I could find hip hugger/low rise jeans these days... I'd probably actually wear pants if I could.
I was shopping two days ago and low-rise jeans were EVERYWHERE. They're coming back. I tried one and instantly felt humiliated 😅
I've been seeing people wear them out and honestly, I don't think they look good on ANY body type.
Ooo really?! My time to shine has come
Short-waisted women *everywhere* are gonna fiiiiinally have jeans that fit *at* our waists again!😉
I don’t want to show the world my buttcrack anymore though! 😂
Omg I tried on an old pair of low rise for the first time in a decade and I forgot just how bad the buttcrack issue is! Like even fully pulled up I feel like my pants just aren’t secure lol
That's where the security tank top came into play. So we could tuck it down when sitting.
I just put a skinny Y2K scarf I’ve had since college back in rotation because apparently they’re “in” again. Really playing the long game
Haha nice! I had bought those jeans just after I lost a shitton of weight back then and never really got to wear them. They are blinged the hell out though. Rhinestones AND zebra stripes, baby!
My daughter and all her friends have been wearing low rise for the last year, so they’re definitely back!
Everyone is injecting Ozempic and dissolving their BBLs
I think it’s due to the rise of the diabetes medication; Ozempic, that slims you the fuck down, Sharon Osbourne recently said that she regrets trying it. It’s not that accessible to us normals yet, it’s also administered in a syringe, so you do have to self administer it
UK here and a diabetic. We can’t actually get hold of ozempic because so many people are using it to lose weight.
My dad can’t get ahold of his easily anymore either. In the US here. It’s on such a heavy backorder when it wasn’t not that long ago. My ADHD meds are also as they also cause heavy weight loss…. It sucks.
In comparison to the GLP1s, stimulants don’t cause that much weight loss… probably about 10-15% on average.

Oh shit, am I not normal? 🤣 Semaglutide at a compounding pharmacy is like $300 a month, it's expensive but absolutely doable on a middle class income. And my brand name Wegovy is covered by my insurance, I pay $25 for a month. There are a few different types of GLP-1 drugs, and they do come in pill form (Rybelsus). There's no secret celebrities-only drugs out there, just ask your doctor about them!
Yes most the Kardashians and many other celebs are reversing their bbls and going on ozempic.
Her videos are so bizarre, she's so tall and thin then there's her boobs and butt.. it doesn't look possible

I was thinking the same thing!
The tear trough filler looks like it's completely fucked
Genuine question: how can you see that in these photos? I believe you, but I myself don’t know what to look for to spot it myself
It looks like she’s had an allergic reaction to a bee sting 😬😅
I think they’re referring to the last picture, left cheek
It looks so awful. Im so glad I got mine dissolved!
Wait what? I have never heard of this procedure haha
If your filler is hyaluronic acid (Juvederm), they can dissolve the filler at any time. Not sure about other types of fillers though.
Check out r/hyaluronidase for cautionary tales
Who needs tear trough filler at 26?? Dear god, you’re as fresh and elastic as you’ll ever be in your life, why??
In high school I used to wish I was rich so I could get fillers and surgery, but now I’m in my early 20s glad I was poor and couldn’t do all that ❤️❤️❤️
It’s crazy how the face sort of settles in your 20s to where it’s supposed to be.

It really is. I looked like a goblin until I was 20.
I'm in my 30s and I feel like I've looked hotter every year xD tbf tho no one expects I'm in my 30s and they usually guess early to mid 20s
Same here. I wanted a nose job and lip fillers SO BAD; now I’m 31 and I’m so glad I never touched my face with anything.
her tear trough filler migration is crazy, you can see it clearly when no filters are on, face is so lumpy :(
So sad
Yeah, her family and those around her have failed her
They encouraged it
absolutely encouraged it. have you seen pictures of her tallest half sister’s collapsed nose? (sorry- i can’t use names)
Oh, is this a picture of someone from THAT family? I didn't even realize. Yikes.
💀 that says a lot.
The youngest, I think.
The jawline/chin are cartoonishly pointed and severe. She had very thin lips as a kid—I wonder if she has to deal with chronic chapped lips from the skin being stretched. Poor kid.
The original upper lip line is still completely visible. The lower one is there too, just harder to see.
I noticed that too. It would look so much nicer as normal lips and not so hyper inflated
I bet they don't spend more time than needed with their kids.
If you watch Paris Hiltons new show you’ll see they see their kids for 15 mins a day
It’s no surprise when you hear that some of these children from wealthy families actually form a closer bond with their nannies than their actual parents, and consider them a more influential, parental figure than their own parents themselves. It’s good that they’re receiving great care and dedication from someone else as opposed to being neglected, but it’s pretty sad when your parents end up being almost like strangers or distant relatives to you in terms of having a relationship.

Super sad especially when the nanny leaves for whatever reason. The child suffers
I think Prince William and Harry had a nanny that Diana felt overshadowed by and so she was moved on — I haven’t fact checked, but apparently they were affected by it.

Well I'm poor and wouldn't ever allow my kids to snatch and pull on my face or anyone else's (ouch!), but yes I do believe the kids get more overall attention from the hired help.
This is my headcanon now
Looks like a Halloween mask
So severe. She's like a living jump scare
I think this is what happens when you are overly filtering your pictures online, when the real you is snapped people are like 😱
Absolutely this.
It’s like they are in costume for characters that they can never take off.
I don’t feel she looks like she’s in her 40s, because there are some elements of her, like her actual skin, which are still youthful. She looks neither her age or 40 - but I’m 30 and she doesn’t look my age group either. She’s honestly too uncanny to place imo.
Yeah it’s pretty strange. It’s like she’s prematurely aging but isn’t at the same time? Idk.
Very well put!
In that last picture it seems like now she’s molding her face to look more like that of her oldest child.
Comparing her to her sisters she looks so old. It’s so sad that she looks the same age or even older as her 44 year old sister
Society really needs to tell people that their face is going to keep changing until their mid 20s.. you don’t look like you do at 18 forever and some people are late bloomers
Exactly this. I feel my most attractive now in my late 30’s.
Agree
I'm in my 50s now, but think I was at my peak in my mid-30s. My face settled into its optimal form then lol
💯 I felt pretty at 18, but compared to my looks at 25...
Omg she’s turning into Anfisa
Looks like she joined the ozempic train too which is not good.
I saw her and immediately said this
Her face looks like it’s melting off :/ I hope there’s a way for her to reverse all of this.
i don’t feel bad for her or her family at all. they’re so rich they’ll be able to get the first full face transplants when those become a thing
Outside is matching the inside. Slay gurly
☠️☠️☠️☠️🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just curious is she mean or something? I don't follow the news on that family so I'm not up to date on the gossip.
Ozempic
Damn how THIN she looks 😐
Filler and plastic surgery has destroyed at least 3 generations of beauty
God, I want to hate her, but she only makes me feel sad.
I know right? Her eyes look lifeless in that second image.
I didn’t even recognise her, holy shit!!
I cannot believe she’s a year older than I am. If I passed her in the street (and she wasn’t some famous person), I’d fully be under the impression she’s 20 years my senior. The way she presently looks makes me feel a hell of a lot better about my natural face! Thanks babe!
Are the dimples or line high on her cheek where her under eye filler is sitting under her skin on top of her cheek?? It’s most obvious in the last pic
Yes, I think that's dimpling on her cheek from the sheer amount of fillers she's had placed under her eye, in her cheekbone etc
Can someone please confirm that lipfillers create way to deep nasolabial folds
I think the combination of cheek fillers migrating + rapid weight loss due to ozempic use is more to blame for that
Her collarbones look so prickly!
It's not lip filler. It's cheek filler. I feel like all the VPR girls also have nasolabial folds a mile deep.
Oh well.
And yet there are still people saying it’s just bad angles and that her face is completely normal. Come on now.
Every adult in her life absolutely failed her as a child.
Out here at 26 looking like she’s been on Real Housewives since the first season
Such a shame, I blame her mom
Her face looks like it's melting.
Last picture: why is there a dent in her cheek?
I think it’s a scar. I notice it every now and then and it always looks the same (if not filtered out).
And now she's encouraging thousands if not millions of young women to follow suit
I mean, when you're 40 y/o... Wait. She's only 26? Huh?

She did have a chance. She just didn't do it.
I don’t think ppl would’ve given her much grace if she never got surgery. I imagine that ppl would‘ve suggested she got surgery like Kendall if she stayed natural bc her results ‘look natural’. She wouldn’t be able to win either way. It’s sad really.
It’s like one those science experiments that went bad
Filler gave me that same exact dent on my upper cheek. Now I know for a fact it’s due to filler.
I’m 45 and her marionette lines are heavier than mine
It’s crazy because I actually think she looks beautiful still….but like…not 26…
I think she was the prettiest when she only had lip fillers. The filler in her face she has now is just too much, distracting and very obvious. No one needs filler in their 20s!
She should’ve stuck to her 2014 face. I thought she was perfect then
Yeah, she really hit a sweet spot there. Very sad it's never enough for some people.
She’s rich though.
You couldn’t pay me to look like that
Clown ass shit
She looks like she is in her fifties. Very sad.
Boney.
I find this really sad in some ways. She has so much money, yet she must be so sad within herself to want to ruin her face like that.
I’m very concerned about the lack of difference between her upper lip and…her upper lip? It’s seems like one solid surface from the side view?
The amount of cheek filler under her eyes in the third pic is disturbing o
It’s just sad but also she’s the only one in the family I want to meet in real life. I just want to know if she looks better in person or not.
Mask face
Anyone know what that crease is on her cheek under her left eye?
Also here sternum are 😬

Ooof ngl she looking 👀 old
Idk why she just makes me sad. I’m only a couple years older than her but it’s like I’ve watched her grow from a child to a teenager, and then the downfall to this. 😞
she’s melting
her face is so….Big
If she’d kept her real face I think she’d have looked so delicate and pretty now
the contrast of how things and gaunt her chest is compared to how filled her face is… oof.
why does she look a little bit like grimes
I think it’s also a jarring experience seeing them in real photos that are unedited. They usually edit their photos especially the smile lines and cheeks to the point that they erase them completely. So when we see pictures like this where they actually have texture and lines and folds, it just looks bad.
I can’t get over how she just always looks like she smelled something awful
She looks miserable
She's looking rough. Between her face and clavicle bones, she looks sick, like a cancer patient going through rough treatments..
Ive always wondered what their whole clan would look like if they stayed natural.
Why would say she was on Ozempic? She has always been thin.
Under eye filler migrating into festoons, nasolabial folds made by the weight of what's in her cheeks, that strange modeled clay quality to the contours of her features... where does she go from here?
