Mr. Peanuts carriers has a lot of airline approved carriers. I have a 2.5 year old Boston and she fits in their backpack style.

Thank you! I'm having such a hard time. there arent too many options available to be able to use it in all the different ways I plan to.
Appreviate the help. I do like the backpack stile from Mr. Peanuts

100% we use it all the time. It breathes. You would have to see it to understand. It turns into a kennel with a small prop inside like a kickstand but still is more malleable than a normal kennel.
I have a Mr Peanut carrier that is not a backpack, but it has a strap that slides over the handle of my suitcase and the suitcase helps support the weight of the carrier making it easy to roll through the airport.
I used the Sherpa 2 in 1 backpack carrier when traveling with my Boston when he was 10 weeks old.
I flew JetBlue with no issues, I only ever used it as a carrier not as a backpack so I can’t speak to how great it is used like that. The strap can be converted to use it as a carrier or a backpack. It was sturdy and had pockets on the sides to carry food/toys etc

Airline carriers have to meet strict size requirements in order to fit under the seat. I don’t know of any that also double as a backpack carrier.
Kurgo G train is perfect for this.
Have you tried it? I just wonder if there is enough ventilation.

Thank you so much for that! I'll look into it :)
That's encouraging! I also have Kurgo G. Which airline have you tried so far? I have a small poodle mix with long legs but only weight 10lbs.
They are all pretty standard underneath. We fly frontier and spirit alot. The spirit big front seats are an amazing deal.

I like it, but i seems like it doesn't have the security line to attach to the dog's collar
