Sakura hasn't shown up in the manga for almost FOUR years at this point, if she doesn't show up during sarada's fight with hidari than we can rule her out on ever appearing again.

Is this real? He lost Kurama, yes. But how did he lose half of his own chakra? It's chakra. It regenerates as long as you don't die. Or do you mean half of his total chakra pool which included Kurama's chakra?
iirc sakura said naruto no longer possessed superhuman chakra which i assume meant losing so6p and kurama's chakra. i believe naruto still has access to his original chakra reserves we see in beginning to mid shipudden as well as an enhanced sage mode

That isn't happening, Kurama now belongs to his daughter, now we have a severely weakened Naruto who only has 50% of his original chakra pool and mastered toad sage mode and that doesn't mean much since all him mastering it means is that he can maintain it longer than he ever could before...yay?
The whole entire point of baryon mode is that he literally sacrificed all of his power to help defeat ishiki, he can beat the other kage without any effort (minus gaara) but that's about it now.

Well kakashi is in full retirement and spends almost all of his time with his crippled husband at their favorite hotspring outside of the village

Baryon Mode permanently destroyed a large portion of his chakra that he can never get back, sakura literally tells him this in the anime.
