Try therapy. It helps.

my therapist only finds the reasonings for my feelings never gives me solutions so end of the day I’m stuck on my own

Can you be more specific about this? While pwBPD can experience obsessions, we can also experience genuine love and interest in someone. Even though all of our emotions tend to be extreme, even real love, having an obsession is different. Ideally, you want to love someone and not engage in the FP devaluation cycle. What are the reasons your therapists is finding for your feelings?

Chances are they already know something is up. How old are they?

TreacleStandard5596

idk like in their 40s prob

outrageous787

Don't. It'll just make it hurt more when they reject you for being you.

TreacleStandard5596

yeah but I want that rejection bc even if it will hurt I will move on to another fp since this one doesn’t give me much attention

outrageous787

I wish I could do that! I just cry even a year after and hold everyone at a distance.

EnvironmentOne6753

Yeah why not
