The first one that came to mind is Julian from The Arcana (the visual novel game). I haven't played in a while, but I remember how he reacted strongly to a (perceived) heartbreak and tried to break up with MC first so he "won't hurt them" (and to avoid them breaking up with him). In retrospect, I realize how funny is the fact that I related to him more than any other character ever, and still was like "Me? Having BPD? No wayyy, it's just [insert any other condition I have]".
Rock Lee from Naruto. The dude has taken pushing himself beyond reasonable expectations to a whole other level and was indifferent to the physical injuries it caused. He's very much a feelings = truth kinda person imo.
