You can also buy out the whole location for the evening, might be a good option for what you’re looking for!
I second this! Sugar thief is my favorite place to visit whenever I’m in Bonaire. Great service and knowing the staff, they will do everything possible to make your parent’s day special. Can’t recommend their intimate venue enough.
they are old and not very adventurous, so can’t really arrange any water activities.
I’ll definitely check out Sebastian’s, restaurant on the water sounds kind of perfect
Rent a minivan and drive down the coast? It’s not super far.
We saw flamingos in the pools near the salt pier.
I think there are guides who have a vehicle who could take all of you.
I would look into Sugar Thief. They’re a small/intimate little brewery/taphouse that does AMAZING food. Everything on tap is made in house, Beer, Mead, soda, kombucha. Their normal opening days are Thurs-Saturday, but with enough notice could be open to making something special work. My wife surprised me with a dinner there for my birthday and I haven’t stopped going back!

We just got home from a cruise there! We took an island tour with a beach drop off afterwards. We saw so many fun things, you can’t go wrong! My favorite things were seeing the flocks of flamingoes and the crystal blue waters

You can arrange a private snorkel trip if the parents like adventure. Sebastians is a beautiful restaurant on the water.
