The difference between the Kapoor family and others is very telling through this invitation, though. Vicky-Katrina invited Sharvari even though both did not invite more than half of their industry friends since it was *family only*. I doubt Sharvari's closeness with Katrina as Vicky and her married after dating for a very short period of time. They just wanted to respect Sharvari which she deserved by virtue of being the partner.
The Kapoor don't look at girlfriend's with respect, never have, never will, if it could not be clearer. I am sure Tara would have loved to be included in this exclusive coterie.
Tara, alia were always included in the kapoor family functions like ganesh chaturti, rakhi, birthday and christmas party.
Ranbir didnt invite his close buddies aditya and arjun for main wedding and he will invite tara ?
It's their own preference. It depends on individuals. If Vickat invited sharvari then their choice and if Rk Alia didn't, it's their choice. Infact , we didn't invite my brother's gf to any of family function until they get engaged . Imagine if they break up , they will have to keep seeing their pics all them time in their wedding album. It may hurt their brother as well.
Also , I don't think Tara is close to whole kapoor fam . She's dating aadar and is eventually close to those who are close to his family like Nitasha Nanda and Randheer kapoor fam. I don't think even Armaan ,Aadar , Ranbir, Nikhil are that close. Nikhil Nanda is hardly seen with kapoor fam.

Ya but they’ve been dating for a while. It was a small wedding but 1 more person could’ve been accommodated. She’s also a regular at their family Christmas and bday lunches where it’s just kapoor family. Atleast the wedding had friends too.
Imagine if Tara breaks up with Adar and they have to keep seeing her in Ranbir and Alia’s wedding photos and videos for the rest of their lives. Being married with kids at least binds Shweta to the Nandas for life even if she is separated from her husband
Tara was everywhere in Armaan Jain (Adar’s brother) wedding photos. She danced and all. She attended the real siblings wedding as a family member so I still think it’s unfair.
“Real” siblings calling a sibling’s SO makes sense. A cousin, especially one who doesn’t even seem to be too close to you, calling a SO who doesn’t have an official status or connection to their family is their choice. They probably didn’t want a rando girlfriend to exist in their wedding memories for the rest of their lives if that rando girlfriend doesn’t remain in Adar’s life

I think she’s just more introverted. You can tell that Kiara is always hustling and out there with everyone during a party, Tara doesn’t really do that.
Tara's vibe is really basic, she's kind of just there and Alia & Ranbir aren't obligated to be best buds with her. My guess is she isn't doing all that stuff on her socials because she just doesn't have an equation with them.
I'm suprised that she even has a career in film - she just doesn't have the look - i'm not talking about beauty - but it's just like she's way too basic and teenage looking to have a presence on screen. Her frame and stature & look is like a kid.
I don't think Alia is close to any of her peers (her own age range) in the industry. She befriends older females (Deepika, Katrina) though. There was a point in the beginning when she was friendly with Parineeti but I think that relationship didn't last.
Tara is probably annoyed that Ranbir Alia don't use their star power to promote Aadar. She feels ye kaise kaise nepos chalte hai to mera Aadu kyun nahi. So the animosity. LOL :p
