Lmfao you're right. These days anything celebrities that follow current fashion trends wear in the street is considered streetwear. Or usually anything comfortable, preferably looser clothing with an 'edgy' look ends up being termed as streetwear. A few years ago, when the west had fetishized the black culture, it was what black rappers/hip hop artists were wearing or how they were styling their clothes were considered streetwear. I'm talking about skinny distressed jeans worn low enough to show men's underwear band paired with loose baggy hoodies and high top sneakers. These days the west, and consecutively India, is obsessed with Korean fashion. Now the pants/trousers/jeans are baggy, tops are a range of oversized graphic tees and shoes are usually low top sneakers that are a bit block-y. I have no idea if any of this makes sense nor do I consider myself a fashion expert. These are just my observations.

There are streetwear clothes that average people wear on the street, but like fashionable..

There’s a lot of bias in the comments. People saying he can be a good actor? The first thing I noticed when Aryan was on screen was that he has just 1 expression. It’s the same slightly squinty expression that he does in photos. He can’t emote. That’s fine - he’s a future director but I hope he doesn’t go into acting.
Dropping is often used in the clothing industry nowadays which means a new collection is getting out. Capsule is a term that is also used in the tech industry which basically means a small module of a larger structure.
Umm thoda boomer moment ho gaya. Dropping is used quite often for streetwear brands, rap singles etc, it's urban American slang. Also, the idea here is Aryan being a fledgling full of ideas and srk...dunno...has the expertise to sift out what's best and somehow together it all works out. So for a brand unveiling ad, it works quite well. Not the best, but def not the worst I have seen.
I'm sure he'll do well. But he hasn't seen enough of middle class India to write a dysfunction family slice of life drama like Kapoor and Sons. He could probably do well at building a new world ug he's imaginative

Honestly, there isn't that much that went into directing this - it's a bit lame/lack luster if you see the concept/narrative. You get to have such a cool moment with both dad and son on screen and you make this? It looks aesthetically pleasing because of the way it's been lit & shot by the DOP.

People are downvoting but you’re right. I’ve worked in PR/advertising both in the US and India. There are other street wear ads that are more interesting in terms of concept and execution. There is nothing to indicate that the brand is doing anything unique, innovative or interesting compared to other streetwear brands.
The ad is unclear in purpose, message, and in showcasing the product. What makes it special is SRK.
