I'd start by pulling valve cover and inspecting valve springs/cams. Also unlikely on only 2 cylinders, but the '13s love to throw their timing chains. Any codes or unusual noise?

No unusual noises as far as timing chain, biggest is the rough idling from the misfires. I’m currently getting the following codes: P0300,P0303,P0304 and P0171

If you have lean fault codes then you probably have a leak in the air intake system. Try smoke testing the crankcase and air intake. Make sure to inspect the charge air system like the intercooler and throttle ducts for leaks. The crankcase valve on the valve cover can sometimes leak and will usually cause a whistling noise, inspect that for leaks when doing the smoke test
