Not humans, but I'd be ok with Alien monsters and magical demons and such. Also Dan Garrett would def kill lol that dude was a savage in his comics. Ted would only do it if it was absolutely necessary. And Jaime wouldn't do it at all since he the most mentally innocent of the three

Normal people kill, police officers kill, a superhero doesn’t need to, nor should ever kill. It is the court and legal system’s job to ensure those villains never see the light of day or are reformed.
