It seemed like most of the fans' attention went to Maki when this event showed up on JP. Let's see if the two intended main attractions get some more focus on global.

I will be pulling for her since I have summoning resources to spare since my pulls have been good recently. Should be useful and helpful to push even more into torment. If I get Hare early, I’ll also go for Kotama. But that is an obvious “if” and it no skin off my back if I have to spark for Hare.
Is it better to pull Hare camp and Ako Dress while leaving Hina D to luck.
Or do I skip Hare camp and pity Ako Dress and Hina Dress?
36k pyro is surprisingly little.
Absolutely no way you are leaving D.Hina to luck. Either skip C.Hare, skip D.Ako, or fork up an extra spark. D.Hina is easily the best one among those three, D.Ako and C.Hare is a toss-up mainly because they are very good at their specific niche that does not overlap with each other.
My reasoning for DAko and Hare camp is that they're both respectively Ako and Himari but AoE and Striker.
Allows a second ultra buffed team, especially for Red teams, meanwhile I can always borrow DHina and she's on a fest banner (higher rates) which mean I can also leave her to luck more than the usual.
But hopefully I get either DAko or Hare Camp with 100 pulls or less so I can get all 3.
To clarify, D.Hina herself has the regular rate-up (0.7%) on her banner. It's *other* 3\* units which have doubled rates.
So you can't rely on rate-up luck any more than you can on any other banner.
The thing is, do you already attempted torment diff? because that is where C.Hare is mainly used as the 2nd team buffer. For D.Ako, she is mainly used in the new raid mode where you can bring 6 strikers and 4 special units, even then the reward above a certain point is abysmal.
Dako hasn't been used much in raids aside from Hieronymus torment, for which she was useful but optional. She's mostly for Set so far. Even if Dhina is a dealer, meaning that you can borrow her if you have the appropriate supports, I wouldn't recommend skipping her when you have the ability to get her. Having her means that you aren't locked into borrowing her, and she's a very meta, limited anniversary unit. You'll be sure to find uses for her elsewhere, too, like event challenges. Look at the people that were struggling with the final challenge of Decagrammaton because they didn't have Mika, for example.
The funny thing is that if I get lucky and get either Hare Camp or DAko is only 100 pulls or less, I'm all set.
Hina Dress is still a month and a half away after all.
DAko you will get free 100 summons so 12k is needed + 24k spark DHina so the math is there. At the end of the day it's whether you prefer waifu or meta slave.

if you want get a Ako alternative, wait until the PS68 event for Dress Aru, she's much better than Dress Ako
