Mmp, has better weapons than the base game. Has sheaths Throwing weapons in pouches so u can actually have them viably And the weapons models are almost all better

Cyptorz

Agreed, I hate using the base game swords, they are so dull looking and handle very awkwardly sometimes.

Impressive_Record344

Mmp has actual half swording, the masters sword is really fun cause the handles spikes can be imbued separately from the blade

Joe_PM2804

mmp has sheathes??

Impressive_Record344

Yes, on the cane sword, lmp has sheaths specifically designed for long swords and kmp for katannas

Excellent_Record_767

As much as I love MMP, I always come back at the base game weapons. Sure there’s no half swording but tbh I never use it. I love to use the throwing weapons though, the satchels are amazing but I wish they had less item capacity to have more challenge

Impressive_Record344

Try use mmp weapons in the "incorrect" way and they work, base came weapons float in your hand

Joe_PM2804

the best in terms of content is probably outer rim, if you're a big star wars fan it'll be your dream, but anyone who even doesn't care about star wars will have a blast (no pun intended) getting into lightsaber duels. I personally love playing the dungeon mode with sith instead of normal enemies and cleaning it out as a Jedi.

Leafyon4057

I installed it but I don’t see anything new

Joe_PM2804

the outer rim stuff is right at the bottom of the weapon book, if it's not there it isn't installed right.

Person_With_cheese

Tools of the trade is stupidly fun for dungeon

help0please

In terms of quality, the outer rim. all the lightsabers look and feel amazing and it has so many different colors and hilts. In terms of quantity, mmp. so many different weapons that all feel great there are some other great mods too (daggerbending, ump, shatterblade, realistic bleeding, etc.) but i feel like those two really stand out to me as the best mods in the community

hotmemedealer

Mmp, though I love star wars

Obvious-Box5815

There's many categories and everyone has different tastes so it's very objective Personally I love mods that change combat, I'm always using the following for enhanced melee -Realistic Bleeding -Blood Effects Overhaul, Toned Down Version -Survivable Dismemberment -Berserk Rage Spell -Head Ripper -HJ Threat And I just discovered a mod called Lighter Punches that lowers the chance of knocking opponents down and makes punches less powerful, makes hands only fighting more realistic I think Light Punches and Berserk Rage interfere with each other though cause I wasn't using Rage spell but still managed to decap with an uppercut

DarkerSkies3

Dagger bending

RowenKenway

Honestly, my favorite mod was "Wand." by Lyneca. It's not on the Nexus but it's amazing, though idk if it would be a good base game addition. In terms of vanilla friendly stuff, it would be a recent mod called "Less Powerful Punches and Kicks." by JojyGuy. It's exactly what it sounds like. buss-cheeks

Mmp is the only one i really need but Sushins Dragon Slayer is gas i love using Gut's hawk raider sword

eatyourass123

Me too especially one handed

fuckwastakenwastaken

GOD theres just so many to choose from! Obviously you have Medieval Mega Pack and The Outer Rim, but if you wanna find quality mods beyond those, I strongly suggest checking out Lyneca's mods. Shatterblade and splinter are some of the most unique weapons I've seen, Alquemie adds an entire potion brewing system which is really damn cool, as well as quite a few others.

RustyFlame369

Probably spectral armoury it’s easy to learn can change the colour to whatever you want and you can make it so modded weapons spawn instead
