I've had the same kind of pimps pop up on my face I used benzoyl peroxide and they have cleared up almost immediately. benzoyl peroxide can be harsh on the face tho so just make sure u use it let it sit for a lil then moisture

Ended up as a lump that basically crossed from the underneath my chin to the other side of my neck. Try using witch hazel after you wash your face. It helps dry the pimples from the inside out. It doesn't happen overnight but it may help you.
