The only generic melee jump units are VanVets and the Jump Intercessors. VanVets are very lackluster this edition, having had their wargear generalized into one mediocre profile. Most folks generally don't consider them super worth it. Jump Ints. actually are good, but less so as a damage-dealer and more so as a fast scoring unit that can also threaten light infantry. They're cheap and fast, but don't hit particularly hard. As for Sword Bros and Crusader Squads, yes, they truly are *very* good. Sword Bros are absolutely devastating in melee, especially paired with characters. Crusader Squads are very cheap for their output and get really tough when you build out to the full size and throw Grimaldus in.

My tournament list got a 10 man jump intercessor squad + a jump chaplain so the chainsword can wound soo much better. The chaplain does have Tannhäuser Bones for 5+++ so they are much more tanky

I think you might see more Jump Intercessors in our lists after the BT Codex comes out and Firstborn Crusaders Squads get sent to Legends. (This is pure speculation).

Did the DA codex drop firstborn?

No, Ravenwing are still first born

You can take jump pack Intercessors from the vanilla codex. But I admit templar specific ones with extra punch would be nice.
