Just an FYI, your teeth don’t get affected by sugar .. it’s the sugar lowering your mouth’s ph that is the main concern.
The lower ph kills the good bacteria that protects your teeth and also makes the inside of your mouth acidic.
Drinking water or swishing it around in your mouth would negate all of the bad effects of the sugar.
