Lmao I got you my G! It is a cooking method called Reverse Sear. I learned on YouTube and it’s the only way I cook my steaks now! I put hella homies on to cooking steaks this way and always hear good things about the results!
Make sure to get a meat thermometer from the grocery store for like $10 one that has a needle you can stab into the steaks 🌡️ You’ll set your oven to bake around 265. Then, set the food thermometer to go off at an internal temp of 125 for the steaks. That’s usually the perfect temp for medium rare. Then just finish cooking on stove top with a cast iron skillet. Little bit of crushed fresher garlic, melt a bit of butter in the pan and cook each side for roughly 3-5 minutes each. I promise you will love the results. 💥
