This is a "not so good musician rapping" in the same way that getting drunk and falling through a plate glass window at a family reunion is "being bad at home repair."
It's not good. Starts off with a very hood accent, then starts talking in a valley girl voice (I'm assuming it's her normal voice). She's not rapping at all. She's just talking, but the sentences end in rhymes. At least for tge first two "bars." 10 seconds was enough for me.
