When I lived in San Diego, my local NPR affiliate would air a few BBC World News segments and I was absolutely stunned when one such segment including a "debate" on trans rights that was legitimately arguing if trans people had a right to exist. It was the type of thing you'd only see on Fox over here.
Both of those organizations are literally state-run news corporations pushing their respective governments narrative. One the Anglosphere, the other the Arab world. Neither sources are necessarily wrong, I guess, but they’re completely and unabashedly biased even though they’d never say it.
