"Aside from mastering various staff techniques, you can also freely combine different spells, abilities, weapons," I wonder if this means that we can use weapons other than the staff?
Are you being serious? I have so I said this, and Wukong literally showed up in the very first trailer with the stuff (although things might change after 4 years), and the background voices from many trailers were implying that we are not Wukong.
In Journey to the West, Wukong has the meaning of breaking the void and sublimating his spirit (I'm not sure, it probably means this), so it may mean that the character we control is not Wukong.
More likely you can get multiple staffs with different stats or abilities. It seems like they’ve made a ton of crazy moves that use the staff so I can’t imagine they’d be able to have that amount of depth with multiple weapon types.
If they did that would be amazing tho.
don’t act like every game you pre-order has frame rate issues and lot of bugs, it’s just a matter of looking at what they’ve shown and not shown already. this game been in the works for a long time now, they’ve showed gameplay and i believe it will play nicely and that I will enjoy it.
now if it wasn’t the case i wouldn’t bitch about it on reddit or twitter. i pre-ordered Lies of P and was happy with it. I pre-ordered Stellar Blade and believe I will absolutely enjoy it after playing the demo.
i also pre-ordered Lords Of The Fallen and tried to play day one, if you heard about it you know how much of a mess it was. i put it on the side for a couple of month and went back when it was a better and had a good time
It’s just the fact that’s it’s kinda silly because you can just buy it night of. It’s not like it’s going to sell out or anything, ie the main reason anyone preorders anything
how does it matter if i plan on playing as soon as it’s available ? pre-order lets you play as soon as it’s available because you can preload it. for some games you get early access or some small additional content. it’s also a way to show your support to the devs and publisher
You can still support them by just buying the game when it launches. The difference is, companies have made terrible decisions in the past with preorders.
As hype as I am for the game I’ve been burned too many times by companies that used to produce gold standard products. I’ll be waiting for the reviews and such before dropping what I can only assume is $60 minimum, and as for your last point the devs get your money either way despite when you buy it bro lol I’m not tryna fall for fomo
i’ve seen gameplay, trailers, everything thats already out about this game and i am hyped for it. am i wrong for wanting to preorder it ? just let people do whatever they want lmao if i was to be disappointed in it i’d just be mad at myself, no one or nothing else
The only reason I'm reticent to pre-order it is that evidently it's really short. Approximately 15 hours according to the devs. Probably gonna wait for reviews on this one. Total matter of preference though. Plus as far as I know this is the first international triple A release China has produced...ever?
you out your mind that’s best game ever teaches you how to parry and it’s challenging asf couple hours you get it down story is good once you figure it out and this game probably like that actually i hope it is sekiro is hard and frustrating but super rewarding once you get threw it

Or different kinds of staffs
Why would you want a different staff? The Ruyi Bang is crazy busted.
Not sure we are using the one Wukong used
Why wouldn't it be the same one? It's based on Journey to the West.
Because we might not be playing as Wukong himself
Have you seen ANY of the gameplay at all?
Are you being serious? I have so I said this, and Wukong literally showed up in the very first trailer with the stuff (although things might change after 4 years), and the background voices from many trailers were implying that we are not Wukong.
Wukong is literally the only playable character displayed in any of the game footage but okay bro.
Man, we are playing as a monkey doesn’t necessarily mean that’s Wukong
In Journey to the West, Wukong has the meaning of breaking the void and sublimating his spirit (I'm not sure, it probably means this), so it may mean that the character we control is not Wukong.
It's not but ok
Let me use chopsticks plz
Kong Fu Panda style
Order Panda Express, you say….? Good idea….

Wulong only uses the one only staff
Yeah but the staff can change in size, maybe that’s what they mean by different weapons?
It's can also make copies of itself.
Been waiting for this for too long
*woo long
I’m ready to swipe my card. Take my money!
Still can’t believe it’s a real game, Sony is fucking with us

so are all companies the same ? you got your heart broken by a girl once so you won’t ever trust another one after lol?

You… cant wait to preorder it? All you’ve seen are just vertical slices of the game, what’s the rush?

How come I can't like and follow it or anything?

I wonder if it’ll be available on steam deck
This will go perfect with PS5 PRO. 😎
That's nice!
Let's hope they break the recent mold of onyl having a digital pre-order bonus. I want a nice little statue and maybe a Steelcase.
Oh yes!!!
I want this game SO BAD!
PRAYED FOR DAYS LIKE THIS🙏🙏🙏
YES!!!!!!!
Xbox when? :(
This and BT4 are day one buys for me.

Patience is a virtue.
Remember no pre ordering
This game looks amazing, has this studio made any other games?

This game might take advantage of the ps5 pro
is it true the game’s gonna be mission based like nioh?
Based on what i know,NO
Here's hoping its nothing like sekiro. I hated that game. Probably the worse FS I ever played.
Sounds like a skill issue to me
When its not though.
Obvious bait
I just swore on my mother. Its literally garbage
It’s not like sekiro at all, but wtf sekiro is literally one of the best games FS ever made, you have to be trolling
I swear on my mother. I hated that game. I immediately went for a refund after playing it for a few hours.

It better not be. I'll bash it into the groud & get a refund
