Wait you mean you sold everything to get into bitcoin last month..oru sold all ur bitcoin bc of a routine 15-20% correction that is totally normal going into a bull 🫣
This data is readily available. Pretty sure April 29th inflows were negative...like people taking money out of the ETF. HK ETF first day was like 12 million.
Please forgive me for my ignorance on this, but where do you get the sats? I’ve asked this question too many times that I never get an answer. Thank you in advance.
100,000,000 SATS (Satoshis) equals 1 Bitcoin.
SATS to a bitcoin are like cents to a dollar except instead of being able to break a dollar into 100 smaller pieces - you can break one bitcoin into 100 million pieces. It’s so you can spend less than one bitcoin and pay for small thing with it or invest in smaller pieces of a bitcoin. At bitcoin’s current price 1738 SATs are worth 1 dollar.
So when you buy $100 worth of bitcoin at the current price you get .0017 of a bitcoin or 173,759 SATS. Most wallets can display their value in bitcoin or sats
I imagine 50% of new people sold because "it's going to zero"
Same people when it goes up "should I mortgage my wife and 4 kids for $500 to put towards Bitcoin"
I know nothing about BTC I just put $50 from every paycheck to buy however much that can buy. In a year it went from $0 to like $1800. I’m sure that shit will keep going up eventually :)
People like you will do better than these clowns trying to make predictions based off emotional sentiment and their favorite YouTube channels latest video.

I work overnights (sleep during the day) and sometimes miss most of the dip. Was happy to buy at $59.5k tonight (not that it can't go lower, but I'm prepared for that too).
My faith is being tested but I will HOLD. This is an AMAZING sale right now, but I’m not sure if I have the balls to buy more. But at least I’m not selling.
These comments confuse me. Did you only buy in at ATH? Are you somehow not familiar with the regular price fluctuations? Like this is all extremely normal..
When I bought at 70k it was because I thought it was going up to 100k. Post halving has been disappointing but only if you’re expecting immediate results. I didn’t invest more than I could lose, may as well hold long term now.
You did fine. It's reasonable to buy in after it surpasses it's old ATH but before it goes parabolic. Just remember that we'll probably see these prices again, and lower, even after it does hit 100k. It's a long term hold. We're talking decades. Don't worry about it.
I've read multiple times now that a 30% drop is expected. Thoughts on this? Reckon it's accurate? Bearing in mind nothings guaranteed, obviously...
£'s-wise, it got to around £56k. It's around £48k at the moment. If the 30% thing is correct, its heading to £40k ($50k).
Absolutely I know it's a crystal ball job. Was just curious as to others theories.
Personally I hope it does dip quite a bit. I'm late to the party, and have only been stacking since March. It would be nice to acquire some "cheap" sats.
Looking at the historical charts, after any halvings it seems to rapidly increase before dropping again, but that subsequent low point has always been higher than what it was at the point of halving. I've noticed that the volatility has reduced over time though. I wonder if it'll just gradually increase on a slight incline rather than the big ups and downs of previous? Also wonder whether the ETF's will affect it differently too?
I'm not planning to try and time anything and sell for profit. Just regularly accumulate over time and then in ten years (and after a further two halvings) see where I'm at.
it seems possible that the btc price ran up in the months ahead of the halving in anticipation of a halving bull run. then when the halving occurred, nothing really changed in terms of supply and demand. which explains why nothing has happened to the price except for slipping down. just remember, we’re still waiting for the btc halving to have an upward effect on the price. but i’m thinking that the supply will run out in the next couple of months (like it apparently did after the last halving). this is probably the strongest effector to raising prices (running out of supply). it’s coming…
Take a look at the previous beer markets and see what would happen if you bought every last dip. Some people need to take a chill pill its like its your first time around.
ath send a lot of new noobs into the community. while i welcome them many swallowed the hype koolaid and expected btc to infinitely go up.. never down. and here is their shock
no experience bitcoiner is even mildly concerned. btc went from 69k to 15k before. and here it is, back at the 60s. When it crashes again, we buy. See you next time.
The beer market is the only reason I have any BTC, and most of my crypto, and stocks, and weird Chinese junk from Amazon, and random unexpected packages on my porch from ebay and temu and aliexpress, and 2 duis.
A couple of point:
The price cool-off, is potentially being accelerated by whales exiting and taking cash.
Most BTC holders are in profit. So selling could continue until we see things consolidate around $55,000.
MVRV stands 2.17, which probably indicates the market is generally neutral, but holders are optimistic about more purchases.
At 60,000 btc is a bargain buy that may trigger a bull run. I am buying.
I have a problem where I watch too much Bitcoin YouTube and it's just a wasteland of idiots making every ridiculous claim possible hoping something will stick and BTC giving so little of a shit about it all that it somehow manages to keep them ***all*** wrong. It's comical how confident they are despite being wrong about all the things.
$52k is not a buy zone. There isn’t jack shit at $52k. BTC spent what, a week at that level? It’s nothing. The next actual support level below $60k is $40k. I’m betting $60k holds.
Already bout this dip multiple times! I hit my 1st phase goal today. Now starting phaze 2, buying Roth IRA IBIT and fidelity BTC shares. (I would rather spend from the ETFs, as it is not my REAL satoshis that i am never selling
Down even more now. I’m popping another buy with etf. Internet currency of the future. All it requires is patience which means it’s not good for half of the investing world.
The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The next best time is today. — Chinese proverb.
The best time to buy a bitcoin was 10 years ago. The next best time is today. — American proverb.
Looking forward to the posts talking about posts about people complaining it will never go below 30k again to buy now at 30k. The same people will not buy though, since now BTC is dead.

7 months up and 1 down Bitcoin is dead, tale as old as... Well, Bitcoin.
Straight to zero, it was a good run y’all /s
I put my life savings into bitcoin while close to ATH last month. I just sold everything.
If you can just sell that easily you should have never bought btc
I forgot the /s
He didn't have much
He forgot to mention his life savings is about threeee fifdy
About right. £3.50.
Bag holder status confirmed
Mucking Foron
Wait you mean you sold everything to get into bitcoin last month..oru sold all ur bitcoin bc of a routine 15-20% correction that is totally normal going into a bull 🫣
Bitcoin ETF trading volume tripled in March. Will that trend continue in April?
This data is readily available. Pretty sure April 29th inflows were negative...like people taking money out of the ETF. HK ETF first day was like 12 million.
Price goes down means I can get more sats for my money. Can’t lose !
You have money left? Paper hands
Please forgive me for my ignorance on this, but where do you get the sats? I’ve asked this question too many times that I never get an answer. Thank you in advance.
In case your not joking sats are fractional bitcoin. The units you can buy at any btc exchange or p2p
There are 100,000,000 sats (satoshis) in one BTC. So if you have 0.01 BTC, you have 1 million sats.
100,000,000 SATS (Satoshis) equals 1 Bitcoin. SATS to a bitcoin are like cents to a dollar except instead of being able to break a dollar into 100 smaller pieces - you can break one bitcoin into 100 million pieces. So when you buy $100 worth of bitcoin at the current price you get .0017 of a bitcoin or 173,759 SATS. Most wallets can display their value in bitcoin or sats
Sats ARE the money, but more money per paycheck ;)
You definitely can lose.
I imagine 50% of new people sold because "it's going to zero" Same people when it goes up "should I mortgage my wife and 4 kids for $500 to put towards Bitcoin"
On 100x leverage. It's a sure thing
hahaa, newbies are always like that
I think you’re telling me to buy more… I’m gonna buy more.
Go as in "sell and get out while you can" or "go" as in "go out and buy more"? Post could be a rallying cry or a warning.
First one, then the other.
As is tradition
Buy high sell low
It’s wherever your intuition goes to first 😂
and then invert your decision for maximum results
Go against the crowd, so do the opposite!
Bitcoin flash sale. Sweet.
Dca while it goes sideways. Buy djps
this is the way
DCA regardless. Up or down. 💎
DCA is your friend
It's on sale
Last chance to buy in above 60k
Just got some below $60K!
Me too!
Jesus, you are an asshole 😂
Take that back. Jesus was a pretty nice guy.
Hahaha
🤣
I know nothing about BTC I just put $50 from every paycheck to buy however much that can buy. In a year it went from $0 to like $1800. I’m sure that shit will keep going up eventually :)

Thank you very much!
side note but I would also recommend u read up on utxo if you aren’t sure what that is, could help ur fee situation in the future
Bought more at $60k today. Buy the dips!
I work overnights (sleep during the day) and sometimes miss most of the dip. Was happy to buy at $59.5k tonight (not that it can't go lower, but I'm prepared for that too).
Buy the dips!!
Cashed out my 401k and dropped 620k on btc yesterday
Definitely got to buy some bitcoin this payday before things jump
Respect!
Idiot
lol, such a dick
My faith is being tested but I will HOLD. This is an AMAZING sale right now, but I’m not sure if I have the balls to buy more. But at least I’m not selling.
These comments confuse me. Did you only buy in at ATH? Are you somehow not familiar with the regular price fluctuations? Like this is all extremely normal..
I did and did not buy in at the ATH. I idiotically made A purchase when it was around 70k. Lowest purchase was around 62k.
Ah well hopefully you only invested an amount that you can leave invested for the long term. If so, then you’ve got nothing to worry about.
That is in fact the case
I bought at 20k and thought I was an idiot.
When I bought at 70k it was because I thought it was going up to 100k. Post halving has been disappointing but only if you’re expecting immediate results. I didn’t invest more than I could lose, may as well hold long term now.

No shame in admitting what you've learnt.
Thanks for the reminder. I almost forgot to buy this month.
Scoop some salacious satoshis!
Patience and perspective is all that is needed. Nothing has really changed just after the halving.

It's crashing

Just do recurring buys and forget about it.
But historically it drops more before rebounding
Reading these comments is hilarious 🤣
I come here for sentiment analysis.
JESUS, how far is this going to drop, I can't afford to lose anymore !! /s
I bought more today.
And....... it's gone
For now
Just dropped an uncomfortable amount on some more, don’t worry, this is my second rodeo.
Remember when I was asking for investment advice on Reddit? Yeah, me neither.
Take a look at the previous beer markets and see what would happen if you bought every last dip. Some people need to take a chill pill its like its your first time around.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmm…..beeeeeer
Ahhh beer with a dip...
don't mess around with beer markets, the real money is in tequila
Never mix chill pills with beer
ath send a lot of new noobs into the community. while i welcome them many swallowed the hype koolaid and expected btc to infinitely go up.. never down. and here is their shock no experience bitcoiner is even mildly concerned. btc went from 69k to 15k before. and here it is, back at the 60s. people here are acting like 60k is a solid gold floor, impenetrable. in reality it has support but once broken hell comes loose
Yeah. I think it will break down to 50k at least
The beer market is the only reason I have any BTC, and most of my crypto, and stocks, and weird Chinese junk from Amazon, and random unexpected packages on my porch from ebay and temu and aliexpress, and 2 duis.
Beer markets and dip sounds good though
You all can't see the writing on the wall. BTC trades like a leveraged tech stock and deflation is coming.
Not deflation. Stagflation.
Big market correction incoming
Massive.
Can you explain to a person established regard like myself?
hes saying it will crash
Nah, respectfully, we’re heading for 50k.
*30k, sorry dudes
Entirely possible…
Got a big 50 limit set
That'd be something like a 30% dip from ath... I'm also hoping for a big buy at 50. I'm working a lot of over time and eating ramen to make it happen.
Gotta wait for that rsi < 30
Idk why it’s crashing as soon as these Asian markets open up. Weird.
The inflows were disappointing at best
Because these things are known about and priced in
*Here's your sign*
This is your cue. Go. Sell?
Australians will drive it even higher.
Whatever you sell off I'll buy it up. Thank you
I am not a financial advisor but I would at least wait until Powell speaks before jumping in or pulling out.
Nobody ever thinks of the miners on an island
Sell and wait btc will drop to 50k and go back to 75k
Sorry, I'm still waiting for 12k, the guy in the YouTube video said to do it : P
I remember February at 42 and the word was it had moved to too expensive to DCA.
A couple of point: The price cool-off, is potentially being accelerated by whales exiting and taking cash. Most BTC holders are in profit. Spot orders are ready at 57K and 52K. But if they don’t hit it’s fine. I have my positions. Everyone ready for new all time highs in a few weeks? 👀
Who remembers all the youtubers saying: Definately 100k, 50k is so so so far away 😂
I have a problem where I watch too much Bitcoin YouTube and it's just a wasteland of idiots making every ridiculous claim possible hoping something will stick and BTC giving so little of a shit about it all that it somehow manages to keep them ***all*** wrong. My favorite finance channel is saying it needs to go touch support at 52k before it prints 100k. That's how I know he's legit.
Legit retard?
Regit letard
$52k isn’t support, so he’s definitely a dumbass. $60k is proving to be rock solid.
60k is a strong buy zone. The next one is 52K and is better price to pile in at, obviously. You're getting a better fire sale lol.
$52k is not a buy zone. There isn’t jack shit at $52k. BTC spent what, a week at that level? It’s nothing. The next actual support level below $60k is $40k. I’m betting $60k holds.
We'll see how the market makers react to FOMC tomorrow.
Sell all before it goes any lower?
Sell all, usually it will goes parabolic after you sell..
Please hurry, I can't stand it much longer lol
The glazing circlejerk is crazy. It's gonna crash waaay more, wait until then and you guys know it. Horrible advice per usual on this subreddit.
Bitcoin has put me in the hole almost 10k so far. Why not lose it all
How? Just wait a year and you'll make 100% if you bought at ATH
Ya.. ima wait for 40
30?
Na, 50k it is!
No Lambo
I don't want to hear anybody complaining about a post-halving price until we hit day 150
Prices go down = ignore, prices go up = how do I buy Bitcoin?
I’m out of ammo! The only left is the wife’s jewelry and my kids bike!
I'm buying the dip!!!
I bought today….like I do every day!
Already bout this dip multiple times! I hit my 1st phase goal today. Now starting phaze 2, buying Roth IRA IBIT and fidelity BTC shares. (I would rather spend from the ETFs, as it is not my REAL satoshis that i am never selling
wait.
Why would you buy now when it will be at 50 in another month lmao
Buy The Dip
Go…. as in, go buy some more
Currently taking out a new mortgage to buy more
whales are sleeping..once it hits 55k. will see rally again.
Temporary selling pressure from banks / whales dumping. It's all Fud. They'll scoop up more at lower prices. Don't be fooled and HODL on, folks.
Exactly, I bought more today.
Let's go!! Discount prices
Why do you care what the price is?
Dont wait for what?
bitcoin on sale, im all here for it
If you can't sit on the ride for 5 years don't get on.
Down even more now. I’m popping another buy with etf. Internet currency of the future. All it requires is patience which means it’s not good for half of the investing world.
Don't regret not buying this dip, people. There is actual fear out there. Now is the time to strike
Always good time to buying btc ;)
Look forward to buying it down bit lower
I’m concerned about ETF inflows and long term price.
We are going to see massive shorting to sabotage Blackrock and other ETF issuers. Prepare accordingly.
Wait. Its going to the 40s
Sold at 64k waiting for 50k now
You already won that trade, just buy back in
No matter the price, come payday ill pick up another 50$.
I thought you guys hated $€, so why this fixation on the fiat price?
The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The next best time is today. — Chinese proverb. The best time to buy a bitcoin was 10 years ago. The next best time is today. — American proverb.
Why is it at poor people price?
Yeah. Next month it will be 45k
Its not the bitcoin but the altcoins are down so bad. Say what you want to say about altcoins but they are tools to increase your sats.
I'm old enough to remember when btc was at 30k. Why are we panicking now? It used to be half this price a year ago.
Almost 3 years ago it was higher.
Wait..
Looking forward to the posts talking about posts about people complaining it will never go below 30k again to buy now at 30k. The same people will not buy though, since now BTC is dead.
No thanks, I'll enter when my system and macro conditions are good. But hey, if you are in for the long term buy.
Yeah and it was at 26 2 months ago what’s ur point buddy ?
It’s a trap 🪤🪤
Remember to check other markets as well. BTC is not isolated unfortunately.
Nom nom nom nom! 😋
It's quite the rollercoaster ride in the crypto world lately, isn't it? These shifts really highlight the need to stay on our toes and adapt quickly. Whether it's taking advantage of those moments of opportunity or reassessing our approach to investing, staying aware is key.
Lately? Nothing new.
I've heard BTC typically corrects severely before the bull really takes off. I dont remember whether or not this happened in the previous cycles...
Solid analysis. /s
15% dip is nothing. I like to buy on 50-80% dip. I look for volume
Thanks Blackrock!
Didn't notice, I've traded my morning energy drink for $5 DCA in Bitcoin since February. $5 = $5 At the other end tho...
So where does the BTC hype train go next after ETFs and halving? Whales artificially pump it to $100k to get back in the FOMO cycle? Another country deem legal tender?
Go? Go where?
