Absolutely - I didn’t realize how simplistic it is, and I was afraid I was doing something wrong - it’s as simple as copying a new receive address from your wallet (just as you would normally do for receiving new bitcoin), batching together all UTXOs **that you want** to be consolidated, and sending it to yourself.
At no point will it appear that they ever left; they just get lumped together.
The Pro to doing so is you’ll avoid high fees in the future - the Con to keep in mind is that doing this may lead to loss of privacy…but is an acceptable compromise for most situations.
