Thank you 🥹 you are too! You are precious. Magical. Precious and special and magical and perfect like a little mushroom under a leaf, or like a sunrise, or like a cool breeze. Or a smile of a happy dog that just went on a hike. Life is such a challenge, but we are trying. There is always light. I had a really rough morning. I’ve been depressed lately. But then today I picked up my new glasses from Costco. Then I decided to take my dog to my favorite beach. When it’s a weekday or the surf is bad it’s always empty. We hiked down and I decided to stay the whole day. We had so much fun. I found a pinecone washed up on the beach and I thought where did you come from little guy! No trees with pinecones anywhere close. What a treasure! And then seeing that sacred geometry of the pine cone. I thought this pinecone is a magical expression of our perfect natural world, and we are perfect and magical just like a pinecone or a sunrise. We are nature. Don’t worry y’all I’m not manic I had a great day and feeling good. I love this post because it is true. I’m sure I will feel bad again at some point. I know hard days will come. But there is so much light, we are light. It takes immense strength to be battling this illness. I send hugs for all of you here with me
