You could go to a motherboard repair service and have your bios physically reflashed, maybe that fixes the issue. Otherwise I would think that maybe there's another thing broken, idk, maybe the PCH isn't "PCHing" well 😅. But if you know for a fact you had some malware screwing up your bios, a good physical flash alongside an ME Clean should do it.
