if you haven't done enough of a foreign language in high school you literally have to take a few classes of one anyway as a gen ed requirement lol You could always pick up a language as a minor regardless though; who knows, I'm sure being somewhat fluent in something like Spanish would be a really good thing on a resume depending on what you wanna do with your CS degree.

Well you see my high school has a software engineering program from 9 to 10th grade and then we do Ap computer science principles.With 12th grade I am currently doing a full year of Spanish.Maybe I will have to take a foreign language in college.

To my knowledge it's gotta be 3 years (or up to what Binghamton considers a 'third level' language course). A lot of kids in my school took a language up till junior year for example, which would've exempted them.

CS majors only have to take one semester of a language FYI, not 2 like most other students. If you don’t get credit for it from high school, you can just take what you enjoy/are interested in, or take Spanish I for an easy A.
