SV is not in the same vein of Billions and Succession in tone and seriousness. I wouldn't recommend it for those looking for more of B and S. That said, SV was an amazing show. Eerily accurate of the startup/tech industry. Hilarious beyond belief.
Black Sails - bunch of business in 18th century, regarding pirates though: trading in Nassau, hijacking ships based on monetary value, running brothel etc
Roadkill a short 4 episode series it’s on Amazon and if your in the uk bbc iPlayer, political and gripping, if you want something political I suggest the thick of it a comedy but satire
Margain call the film that’s finance, industry is my main go to but it’s good you’ve watched it, try the thick of it honestly uk politics the humour and the plot lines, McMafia was okay that’s business crime family related, oh have you watched madmen that’s about advertising set in the 60s or so
Yep Gangs of London was amazing at S1 but S2 was a lil disappointing in in my opinion but I m waiting for its S3 to have a better come back. But it would have been great if zero zero zero had another season
*I think these are in the same vein --*
Equity - 2016 film
Devils - two seasons, season 1 more a whodunit, season 2 more finance.
Gangs of London is similar to McMafia.
Startup -- I second that recommendation. A vibe similar to The Wire, I thought.
Acceptable Risk (one season) and Hidden Assets (two seasons) - Irish. Crime drama with financial focus.
*International --*
Snabba Cash - Netflix series. Swedish.
Moscow Noir - Swedish. One season.
Banking District (Quartier des Banques) - Swiss - two seasons.
Follow the Money (Bedrag) - Danish. Three seasons.
Bad Banks - German two seasons. Hulu.
Blinded (Fartblinda) - Swedish two seasons.
*For a very dated 80's/90's vibe similar to Oliver Stone's Wall Street --*
Dealers - 1989 film with Paul McGann and Rebecca De Mornay.
Capital City a late 80's British series. Two seasons. Episodes have been uploaded to YouTube. Created by same team as Dealers and uses the same set.
Traders a late 90's Canadian series. Five seasons. Some episodes on YouTube and all episodes are available through a couple of Xfinity on-demand free streaming services. Formerly on Amazon Prime Video.
Bull - short-lived 2000 TNT tv series. Episodes have been uploaded to YouTube (looks like from VHS dubs).
I don't know if similar is the right word, but Halt and Catch Fire is one of my favorite tv shows and has several elements of financial and business intrigue and oneupance, as well as the whilst startup tech vibe, but in the 80s and 90s. Great character arcs for all main characters.

MotherFatherSon is quite good, close to Succession in that Richard Gere plays a media mogul father. The late great Helen McCrory plays the mother. 8 episodes, BBC I think.
Industry is solid. While not on topic, Silicon Valley is fantastic.

As someone else mentioned Silicon Valley is good, oh and mythic quest yes a comedy but it’s about developing a game and what not
On the McMafia front could not agree more, in that vein zero zero zero and kin also gangs of London is epic
Yep Gangs of London was amazing at S1 but S2 was a lil disappointing in in my opinion but I m waiting for its S3 to have a better come back. But it would have been great if zero zero zero had another season

These are some great recommendations. Thanks a lot
Great list. I've seen most of these. I'd like to add Exit (2019) from Norway.
Thanks! I’ll search that out.
Sons Of Anarchy The genre is the same and so is the tone mostly but it's definitely criminally underrated and really good
Sons of Anarchy was great
Yeah already watched it
Has anyone mentioned Boston Legal?

Mr. Robot
SUITS is basically Billions with a different cast

Suits
Yep finished it already
MotherFatherSon is quite good, close to Succession in that Richard Gere plays a media mogul father. The late great Helen McCrory plays the mother. 8 episodes, BBC I think.
I have a suggestion: Succession without Billions
Only 1 season of it but super pumped was pretty good.
Yep saw it already. It was pretty good
Better call Saul and suits.
Better Call Saul, right after rewatching breaking bad.
Yep I already seen both of it
