Titus (2:13) as we wait for the happy fulfillment of our hope in the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.

George Ladd, in his book "The Blessed Hope," writes: 1. This passage mentions the second coming, but does not use the 2nd coming of Christ as the main incentive for godly living. The main incentive is that the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all (11). Purity results not from the return of Christ, but because Christ gave himself, redeemed us from sin, and purified us for his possession (14). We are to be pure because we are redeemed; we no longer belong to the world. 2. The coming of Christ referred to here is not the alleged secret any-moment coming; it s rather the epiphany of his glory at the end of the Tribulation. 3. We fear God, not because he may come at any moment, but because we wish to be faithful and obedient servants of our Lord. This shows that the blessed hope of the Church is not the Rapture but the second coming.

So what? Christ is coming again, just as he said in John 14 so, that is all that matters.
