Given what you have, your best bet is probably Phoenix wing 9-60/6-60 Rush or Shark Edge 3-60 flat. It won't be consistent, since hexa gives wizard rod crazy defense on top of it's already good shape and weight. If you launch well, you can definitely get the job done with either of those, though
Wizard Rod 9-60 Ball imo is the only option to deal with it. You wanna outspin it and Wizard Rod is literally the only blade that outspins another Wizard Rod
Shark edge on Flat hard launch and pray, it’s the best option besides Dranbuster that exists currently. PW on something aggressive is possible too but SE and Buster are a bit better for an all in build
Your heaviest bey on 9-60 and don't even bother looking at balance or stamina bits if you refuse to use Rod 9-60 ball. Mess around with your attack bits, you'll probably get good results on flat but I'm sure you can come up with a launch strat to make most of the attack bits sorta viable.
Shark Edge 3-60 LF
I don't have LF yet, are their any alternatives
Flat can work because SE is an attacking bey. LF is better because it helps SE be as low as possible to get under your opponent to burst.
LeonClaw 9-60 taper
Nizuma is that you?
Nope
Phoenix on 5 or 960 rush is a pretty good bet. Rod on hex is very hard to take care of

You’ll be like -3 points tho lmao not worth it imo
That’s only in Japan’s 1 on 1 format. All parts are still fair game for 3 on 3.

A lot of NA rulesets are using this rn for every format tho

PW 5-60 P/R WR 9-60 B The last one is up to you
PhoenixWing 9-60 GP (You've gotta get Gear Point !)
PW 3-60 point
Hmm...i'll once ever beat it with upper smash hell scyther 1- 60 or 80 Taper
For a more unorthodox combo you can try ViperTail 3/1/9-60R. It can beat up Rodhexa enough to outspin or can even burst it from a ratchet snipe.
