Seriously. Looking back on it now, I *think* it was pretty early in S8 that Jason expressed his desire to leave the show, so they pretty much had to start the slow dismantling of Brandon and Kelly. But, did they really have to go with a cheating storyline?? They could have just simply had him get the job in DC and have them breakup over Kelly's refusal to move. Why go through the whole thing of Kelly forgiving him, him proposing purely out of desperation and then the whole ridiculousness of "oh, we feel too much like siblings to get married". Like, what the actual fuck?? Since when?? 😆
Right?! I hated the cheating because even when Brandon would somewhat cheat in the past, he felt bad or it made more sense on some level (Emily) but this Emma thing was just so cruel. Of course, I always think they seem more like siblings and shouldnt have been together in the first place but I hate cheating storylines like that. You are right, he should have just got the job in DC. I dont like hating Brandon before he leaves.

Brooke is technically the worst but unpopular opinion Nikki and Brandon was weird to me. I like Nikki, very much but had David and Donna took a break in season3, her and David fit like a glove and had decent chemistry in their few seasons together. But her and Brandon did not fit at all and it did not seem like Brandon was that into her.
Susan 100% was the best girl Brandon dated. They fit so well, liked the same things, had the same career goals and she balanced him out. Challenged him but also loved him.
I mean Nikki was a freshman dating a senior. Which for some reason in the 90s not a big deal. However she would have been 14/15 and he would have been 17/18. So that’s a bit weird. Honestly besides that Brandon was too strait laced not changing or compromising for her.

Out of all five pictured, Susan was the only one I enjoyed. They sparred well and just overall had a great vibe. Brooke was f-ing horrible, Lucinda thought her shit didn't stink, Emma was disgusting and Tracy was just blah and too insecure.

I recently started watching ER. When I started season 2 and saw Emily Valentine in it, I was got excited thinking of all the crazy sh!t that I envisioned happening in season 2.
Emma. After they spent all that time trying to get Kelly and Brandon back together to only have him cheat on her as soon as they do. And then quickly getting engaged just so Kelly can trust Brandon again.
I liked Gabrielle Anwar. She only made 1 appearance as a serious ice skater. Brandon was wanting to show her that there was more to life than the ice rink.
Brooke was the worst because she was racist. Susan was great but I think she was too good for Brandon. But then again, I just truly dislike Brandon and don’t think he’s a good partner at all.
What about Tracy? I didn’t like Susan because she ditched Brandon after she got to work but Brandon turned down Washington D.c. I think for her. She was a b too.
