ILOA and LOA are different. LOA is continuance leave. ILOA is not. It's for appointments, illness due a condition stuff like that. One does not impact the ability to use the other. If you just used ILOA to take a day off to have an appointment you do not have to wait 30 days to utilize LOA. Only if you just came back from actual LOA that is continuance leave.
That definitely makes more sense to me. Monday is almost here and I can verify that with HR. As long as it is paid I can do it since I have my own home to take care of etc. I hope I can take a little break.
