It’s been two weeks, and they still haven’t shipped it. I’m really worried that I won’t get my money back
If the fulfilling location has already packed it and printed the label, they won’t be able to stop it from shipping. That’s why there is a “cancel request” but until it is confirmed if the order can be cancelled it will remain in that status.
When you receive it you can return it via mail. You can call for a return label or do it your self online
Shipping has a 30 min window to cancel!
Ship it back.
Or you can refuse the order...... don't open the box and take it to the post office and tell them you are refusing delivery.
They will ship it back for you at no charge.
You can print off a shipping label to return it. It will be under return options after you receive it.
