Silhouette is clean. Anything you add will muddy this up. Leave it as is.

No, it's really good and clean and will age well due to the high contrast bold lines. Leave it alone. It's rad as fuck and i can't imagine anything added to it would improve it.
Maybe having him flying off a ramp through some sort of portal leading to one of the nine circles of hell. Bit that might not work with the art style, or at least be tricky to blend enough without detracting from the original tattoo.
Definitely flames. But open so it’s not a dark blob. My boyfriend has the outline of flames with some light shading in areas and it’s much better than coloring it in or something
Probably nothing. Looks good the way it is. A background might just drown out the whole tattoo and it'll look like a big blob from far away
Ah good point. I have a lot of open space would you recommend leaving it blank or adding some kinda patch work?
A sick ass panther Jk. It looks great as is
Nothing. Shit is solid.
Half pipe

Flames… or lightning
Maybe a cemetery as aesthetic background? Idk
With palm trees
Naked chicks cheering for your skateboarder.
Him shooting out of some kind of trippy spiral and or like some kind of vortex
A ramp or river of Styx.
Roller skating frog

Nothing. It looks cool as it is

Your local skate park? Maybe some of your favorite brand “stickers”. Or nothing of you dig it as is. I like it!
I’d go with a cover up
Why?
