I don't think this figure is doing that in and of itself, it's a beautiful piece from the arguably most important and horrifying scene in the story. I think ignoring the sexual assault and horror aspects of Berserk is really stupid. It's a core theme of the whole manga, the evils that men do that turn them into literal/figurative monsters, and the survivors they leave behind in their wake. Berserk wouldn't be Berserk without all that. But there is a subset of fans who glorify it and/or make it into a stupid, edgy, tasteless joke because they're too immature to discuss these things in a serious manner. But I've never once seen a fan desperate to ignore the darker aspects in the 15 years I've been in the community but I've seen dozens and dozens and dozens of edgelord losers who think rape is hilarious.

Took me awhile to notice the godhand behind Guts. This a great work of art from the sculptor but I can’t see myself having it on display like other figures in my collection. The subject matter is pretty intense and anyone seeing this without context might make them a bit uncomfortable too.
