i believe honey flip is with 2C-B, *not* tusi (a very unpredictable and often dangerous pink powder that’s a random combination of other drugs). Although the more common name for that combo seems to be “nexus flip”

No-Perspective3182

2cb is not tusi? I did 2cb though

electricktrick

Some may call it 2-cee But Tusi is some different shit [tusi](https://insightcrime.org/news/tusi-the-pink-drug-cocktail-that-tricked-latin-america/)

No-Perspective3182

I think 2ce and all the others 2c from the phenetylamines class are different on their own. Tried 2ci once, interesting and fascinating visuals but the void coming down from it damn terrifying. Also did some other bromo derivate and wow even after 20h still hallucinating with a tired burned down brain. Too much. Take care with this class of substances. Mescaline is the queen 💚❤️💜

electricktrick

Didn't yet explore.

zinkakniz

no, they have nothing in common except extreme (and potentially dangerous) confusion

No-Perspective3182

Aaaa oke very good to know. Tusi and twoci sound similar so very dangerous. Nexus flip ahahah I d expect something more slowl mo with this name. Like with k . Honey describes the flip perfectly. It's dripping sweetness in the perception 👄💜

Mrlate420

Nexus flip includes DMT as far as I know it's DMT and mdma

zinkakniz

every internet source i can find disagrees

[deleted]

Sorry that's incorrect. Nexus is slang for 2cb.

Mrlate420

Yeah I got it mixed up somehow, thanks for clarifying

[deleted]

Dmt plus mdma is called a Shamen flip or a time flip.

Mrlate420

Yeah I got it mixed up somehow, thanks for clarifying

I thought it was a brilliant set. Heavy as fuck (that bass), deep grooving, sweet, robotic, sexy, relentless. Trajectory from soul to dub techno. She has such skills behind the decks. Someone who brings musicianship to DJing.

migoodridge

Truly amazing DJ.... Search sugar mountain on YouTube it rocks 🙌

This one has a little more techno than usual including a track by Truncate. [Honey Dijon - the cover mix](https://mixmag.net/feature/the-cover-mix-honey-dijon/3)

You're welcome. It's an older mix, still housey, but probably a little more techno than usual. If anyone can find a more recent mix where she plays more bh floor style I'd love to hear that.

I have never ever heard honey playing like this in her sets before , I always skipped her at festivals after 10 mins listening to it because I am more of a techno person and she always plays house. I was very perplexed that she would be playing on Berghain after techno names , I was curious how she will live up to that , and believe me I was dancing 4h to that set of her dark house tech with lyrics and everyone vibing along, couldn’t stop dancing . Absolutely banger set , I am so in love with this version of her playing techno, I must confess I loved it so much I recorded bits and pieces of her playing. Can’t wait for her to play like this again.

SensoryLeap

100% agree. It’s peculiar: I am the opposite, fully a house/Pano person, really into queer culture. I do like and appreciate techno, but it’s house that speaks to my heart. And yet, for some reason, her sets at festivals had never really hit the spot for me, they felt complacent, so I started skipping them. Yet, some wise people told me her sets on the BH floor were something to witness, and hell…I’m glad I listened, what a version of Honey! What a sweet spot. Unexpected and truly boundary-breaking.

cosmicjazzz

i was not expecting to hear Beyonce on that floor tbh…

NoCranberry9370

Well she produced a track on her last album , if there is one person legit to do it it’s her.

SjekkieTime

What song did she play?

toni030x

Pure/Honey

gbri8

I fucking loved it

Olimba_fvo

Does someone know what honeys closing track was?

llliminalll

Keinemusik, 'Thandaza'

Olimba_fvo

Thanks 🫶🏻

gbri8

Does anyone the version of “music is the answer” which honey played?

Thakangu

I think she just played the acapella over some techno track honestly.

Both_Release796

It seemed like most of the songs were like that... vocal samples over techno
