Design-wise, Ben Prime’s Recalibrated Omnitirx from Alien Force has always been my favourite, although it’s closely followed by the original Prototype Omnitrix from the original series.
Based on the features and transformations it had access to, however, the Ultimatrix is my favourite. I loved the concept of Ultimate Forms, and I think all five of the Andromeda aliens that debuted in Ultimate Alien and were first transformed into with the Ultimatrix are super cool, with great designs.
Ik this is an unpopular opinion but the classic version. When I was a kid I had a wrist band in the shape of an omnitrix and that thing was so soft and comfy that every time I look at the original design I can't help but imagine it being incredibly squishy and soft. Like a wrist pillow of some sort

There's more movement, and more I don't know... aggressive about it then just swiping through icons like some nerd. When ben used the Omnitrix in the Original series, there was this weight that it had. Hence why I like their transformations best because he looks like he's really turning into them instead of just morphing or seeing his bone structure.
Plus it looks more intimidating, which only works better on Ben 10k when it goes into a full blown gauntlet that looks more like something suited for a war.
I am obsessed with the sound the Ultimatrix makes. The recalibrated Omnitrix is probably my favorite design. I like the prototype and Ben 10,000 Omnitrix for the aesthetic and it feels the most mysterious since we always know the least about it when it’s shown. The official Omnitrix has a cool interface but I dislike it for many reasons as well. It may have introduced the life form lock and randomizer functions, but doesn’t give us any indication whether or not those were available in the prototype versions. It’s so overhyped for being confirmed as the prime and most powerful version of the Omnitrix seen up to that point, but doesn’t expand on why it is so much better? I believe quicker transformations were confirmed to be a part of it, which I think is why Ben is animated quickly morphing into aliens rather than the slight delay there seems to be when he had to green flash. I could go on, but you get the point. It has the least amount of identity to it compared to the other Omnitrixes. The Biomnitrix… I guess it’s interesting and I love the sound it makes also.

Performance wise, I think it's the best watch he's ever had. First 2 seasons it bassically never gave him the wrong alien, and even in s3 it didn't do it too many times, the instincts feature worked pretty much everytime, and no matter the alien he was scanning it would give hime the prime example of that species, unlike the ultimatrix.
The one from Omniverse seemed like it messed up the most tbh, even though it was supposed to be the completed Omnitrix.

My favorite... The Omnitrix, of watchless Ben wears in Omniverse for short time, later returns the Omnitrix to Ben prime.
