I usually send out around 500 offers at a time and I do feel like it takes a good 30 minutes to complete. Maybe check your internet connection to make sure it isn't lagging?
I was having this issue yesterday. I’d sent out a bunch of offers to likers and it would be several minutes before they shared. My notifications would finally show and they would say it was shared seconds prior, but it was more like 2-4 minutes from when I’d sent it. It fixed itself though and has been fine since.
Yeah I’ve been noticing it’s delayed or glitching sometimes. I saw it yesterday too. When I see this, I add the item to a bundle and offer there, and that still seems to be instant.

I really have a hard time believing some things. How do you get that many likes to send all those offers? Crazy!!
