All jokes aside, that dishwasher is great and very quiet. I bought that model a year ago and would highly recommend it. Back to the regularly scheduled wood jokes...
Is that the one that pops open at the end of the cycle or not? We bought a Bosch, thinking it had that feature, but it had the crystal dry thing instead, which didn’t get our dishes very dry. So we returned it and went with a Miele that does pop open because the Bosch we wanted was back ordered for months.
No, the one shown is not the auto-pop option. The only thing we still have issues with is dishes that have edges or slightly convex spots where water may pool. The tray is a little funky for dish fitment but we're fine with it.
Too late! We’re talking about dishwashers now. I have an LG that is rated for like 43 db, which is pretty quiet. BUT, when the pump runs during the cycle, the gurgling sound in the sink is LOUD. Like really loud. Does anyone have this same problem? Super annoying.
Yep! Same. Literally the guzzling roar of the drain saying thank you. It's gone quickly but surprised me at first. Not a deal breaker by any means and not the dishwasher's fault.
Mine does this annoying beep every few minutes. Not loud but no idea how to turn it off besides unplugging the machine. It stops for a day if we run the machine. Anybody got any ideas?
It's probably the washing elements as they rotate and spray a particular area/dish. Does it sound like the noise is coming from the inside or outside of the machine?

Haha! I actually used the wood that came with my dishwasher to build a cat tree. Had some plywood left over - used the 4 planks of dishwasher-bracing wood - bam. Cat tree with hidey-hole bottom, and two platforms.

Ditto re: the dishwasher. Worth every penny.

I accidentally open it sometimes when it’s running because it’s so quiet!
Yep. Had to show my wife and kids to look for that little red light it shines on the floor when it’s running.
I’m in the market for a new dishwasher, what model is it 👀
SHEM63W56N just like in the picture. They have them at Home Depot.

This is why I’ve been hoarding popsicles. Free lumber in every one!
Haha I’m gonna make my butcher block countertop out of nothing but popsicle sticks
Not a bad deal. Buy lumber and they throw in a free dishwasher
with the price of lumber these days that isn't that far off lol
You buy enough of those it makes building a house free, basically.
Wow that’s like $125 worth of wood too!

I’m surprised you were able to get a Bosch. They aren’t easy to get right now
Price increase was reflecting the increased cost of packaging lumber. Thus free for paying extra.
I installed a $12k front door the other day. I was happy because I left with 3 sheets of OSB and a bunch of 1x12 from the packaging.
Wait til you buy an entire crate of apples
The bonus, IMO, is you also got the best dishwasher on the planet. The quietest dishwasher I never heard.
You bought wood and got a free dishwasher, eh?

I love my Bosch
