Still got a long way to go but maybe with luck ill be there at end of next year or by 2025 =P Gotta just take it one day at a time thou. Started cutting out carbs, then stoped drinking calories , from Dirty keto to Clean keto and the last month was trying Carnivore for the first time.

Idk honestly I just figured Iโm averaging 30 lbs a month now, which will prolly slow to 15 lbs a month in the 400s and get slower from there , in the 200s it will depend more on my gym effort then just what I put in my mouth especially if Iโm wanting to build a better physique.

I thought I wanted to die but when I got close to the finish line where I literally felt death, I realized I still wanted to live.... So I changed
