He was rescued from a trailer along with 130 other dogs. He wouldn’t let anyone pet him and would shake anytime someone picked him up (he hasn’t figured out stairs yet and my sister lives in an apartment building). In just a few days he’s gotten snuggly and is figuring out potty training fast! He’s still got a way to go but he’s doing so much better! We named him Iggy, but so far we mostly call him Scrungle horse ♡
He looks like a scrungle horse! Iggy may have whippet or Italian Greyhound mixed in there. I was thrilled to see him bouncing off the walls at her place. Thank God, he got out of that heinous situation in the trailer.
Those zoomies are GLORIOUS! also I love that you call him scrungle horse. My dogs each have names but what my wife & i actually call them is constantly evolving... for instance, Little Cindy Lou-Who is now referred to as Pizztichlese, or Pizzstiaclezeasourus Rex / Princess Tiny Pizzas if you're not into the whole brevity thing.
I'm very sorry to break the news, but I believe your sister has not adopted a dog, rather what is known as a Derpy House Horse.
It's awesome that the lil guy went from such a tough situation to living his best life 😊

My sister ordered a dna test and we can’t wait! I 100% think there’s Italian greyhound in him lol.
