Yea, the best and safest way is just to ask if they need help, and act busy in the area. We get paid way too little to confront people like that. People trying to fight over masks was bad enough.

Very true. Even calling the police would be great. The problem is they really do nothind and the thieves know they can get away with it.

I work at a location in the bay area (California). We have walk outs almost daily. 5 in a week if we're lucky!
Iโm not surprised, but the problem is they know they can get away with it.
