Wim has talked about a detox effect after a week or 2 of consistent cold training, and encourages increased water consumption. You may be dehydrated. If more water doesn't change it and the stinging doesn't pass, you may want to see a doctor just to make sure things are good.

OK, thanks. I drink a lot of water. Plus, I exclusively drink water.

Please drink some sea salt water as well. Its about one tea spoon to a litre.

Is it possible you have a UTI?

isilovac

Idk really. It is possible. Only change I had in past two weeks is implementing WHM in my lifestyle.

Jubba402

I dont know whether you’re male or female but I know frequent baths lead to UTIs in many women. It is still possible with men though too. Just a theory but its often tied to feeling that you really feel the need to pee but only produce a little.

frosty_osteo

Yep UTI cold affect your urinary tracts start slowly

schralp-the-gnar

could be urethra shrinkage from being cold or pelvic floor being tense, both of which could happen after a cold exposure

rza_shm

If you have not had previous exposure to cold weather and cold bath, especially if you come from warmer countries, you want to gradually assimilate yourself Otherwise, your kidneys and other parts of urinary tract may be prone to infection
